As announced by Royal Malaysian Customs Department, Tourism Tax is imposed starting 1 January 2023 for all hotel guests that are non-Malaysian or non-permanent Residents of Malaysia. Please expect that hotel will collect the Tourism Tax from you during check-in at the hotel. The Tourism Tax rate is 10 RM per room per night.

Near to shopping mall and restaurants. Room stayed is satisfying, clean and spacious. And the very reasonable rate makes Smart Hotel Seremban. An awesome place to stay both for single or family. Hotel booking made easy in my case via app.

We check in late at around 10PM and above. No lighting infront of bedroom/foyer area. the bedroom itself very dim. we hot yellowish bed cover & weird sound of bedframe whenever start laying on the bed. Toilet was okay but toilet bowl was too closed with glass partition which is not suitable for big person. Overall for short stay & just to sleep, maybe okay

Stain on bed sheet with hair on the comforter. Pillow is too wear out that it emit a strong unpleasant smell , bring to front desk to change and they give another pillow which use by the staff with several hair on it. Totally speechless. Hotel is old, floor is sticky. Toilet tissue holder is rusty and cannot be used. Location wise is good and easy to find food. Will not go back there for sure.

arrived at 6pm but the room was still not cleaned. try to get another room but unavailable. had to wait for 20 minutes for the room to be cleaned.
