Deposit Policy
Deposit MYR 400.00 is required upon check-in. The accommodation accepts cash and debit card.

they cut my deposit 70 Ringgit without inform infront . for cleaning and water (this stuff supposed to be part of price) also the closet is broken, they dont care even for fixed it. the good thing is the location near by KlCC and Bukit bintang.

Pro: - Spacious for 8 pax - Near KLCC aquaria Cons: - Hidden cost -> Need to add extra RM100 during check in, need to pay RM10/pax for swimming pool - Deposit quite high for some - RM300 - Room cleanliness just ok - still need to improve, the pillow sheet is yellowish - No connected roof to the lift lobby from parking / check-in room - will get wet if its raining - only 1 parking space provided (even the room is intended for 8 pax)

Masya Allah menginap di sini bersama keluarga alhamdulilah sangat tepat saya booking apartement ini, fasilitas lengkap, ada di antara menara petronas, pavilion, dan KL tower jadi sisa jalan kaki saja pemandangan dari apartement juga sangat indah. Saya nginap 2 hari, karena mama ikut dan gak bisa makan sembarangan... al hasil masak deh!! Semua alat dapur dan makan juga lengkap sisa beli bahan di aupermarket. Kalo mau liburan keluarga lagi, saya akan nginap di sini

Apartement melebihi harapan. bersih, nyaman, dekat KLCC. Tersedia juga handuk dan perlengkapan mandi. Mr. amir ramah dan sangat membantu. Akan menginap lagi disini next time.

We arrived at the unit. The service was bad and slow. I asked about the pool facility. The agent named Winson informed us that we have to pay to use it. On the booking page, it was stated the pool is a common facility. We felt that we have been fooled! We immediately cancel our unit and asked for refund. He said that it is not possible since payment have been made to agent.

have to pay RM 100 for cleaning fee. web claim already stated in the notice on voucher but that is room service, not cleaning fee. 1st day come, the aircon in the living room leaking, so we can't use. they repair on 2nd day as promise. even we pay RM 100 for the cleaning fee, they only make up our room on the 1st day, when I message the staff, no answer at all.

Pemilik apartemen tidak komunikatif. Kami datang jam 10 pagi, dijanjikan check-in jam 2. Kami kembali ke apartemen jam 3, dan harus menunggu check-in jam 5 sore. Itu sangat melelahkan. Pemilik juga tidak ramah dan tidak minta maaf atas ketidak tepatan waktu dengan alasan masih melayan custumer lain. Sangat tidak menyenangkan.

Kamar bagus. Mreka menyediakan Extra Bed juga, tanpa tambahan biaya, asal diinformasikan sebelumnya. Harap baca keterangan, ada biaya tambahan untuk kebersihan. Untuk kegiatan bersama teman atau rombongan sangat baik. Dekat dengan KLCC dan Pavilion

Menginap di apartemen ini sangat menyenangkan. Fasilitas lengkap, dari mulai furniture sampai peralatan masak dan lain-lain. Tempat bersih. Pemilik pun sangat ramah dan membantu.. Saya sangat merekomendasikan tempat ini untuk orang lain. Lain kali saya akan menginap disini lagi jika ke Kuala Lumpur.

Apartement ini sangat cocok untuk liburan keluarga, karena sangat dekat dengan Pavilion dan KLCC. Apartement ini ada 3 kamar di lengkapi AC, 2 kamar mandi, dapur, kompor listrik, kulkas, air minum juga sudah tersedia mesin cuci lengkap dengan pengeringnya (langsung kering, tanpa jemur), sabun, shampoo, handuk. Sayangnya meja makan dan sofa saya lupa foto dan kalau mau makan siang di belakang Apartement ini tempat makanan kalo ga salah namanya City Walk. Saya makan di restauran Serai Kayu. Tempat ini sangat Recomended..

Saya bersama rombongan kerja sangat senang menginap di soho. pelayanan ramah, cepat dan mengerti kondisi. Pemilik memberi saya kemudahan untuk tidak meninggalkan deposit berhubung saya check-outnya terlalu pagi karena harus buru-buru ke bandara klia. Semuanya oke deh. kamar yang bersih, ruang keluarga yang luas dan fasilitas untuk kebutuhan dapur yang lengkap. berada di pusat kota juga.
