We are an exclusive serviced apartment and hotel offering more than 50 clean and fully furnished suites, totaling 74 rooms. Our accommodations feature spacious and comfortable guest rooms with kitchens and living areas, and some even include private balconies.
Conveniently located within walking distance of Jalan Song commercial center and Malaysia-China Friendship Garden (Taman Sahabat), you can easily access your daily necessities or indulge in shopping at your leisure during your stay with us. Every time you step into SONG SERVICE APARTMENT, you'll feel as if you're returning to your own home.
We offer both daily and monthly stays, all furnished with kitchens or kitchenettes, refrigerators, Smart TVs, safety boxes, and housekeeping services. Additionally, we provide private free parking within the compound, ensuring the safety of your vehicle. On-site, guests will also find a complimentary self-service laundry facility.
Here, we treat each of our guests with warmth and hospitality, and we sincerely hope that your stay with us is both pleasant and memorable.

Perlu deposit 50 RM ketika check in padahal di aplikasi menyatakan tidak perlu deposit, ketika check out deposit dikembalikan tapi ternyata uangnya ada sobek sehingga ketika transaksi di tempat lain tidak diterima. Extra bed per malam cukup mahal senilai 40 RM dan kualitas beserta fasilitas ruangan standar. Pelayanan resepsionis tidak ramah

Expensive price but wasn’t pleasant. The breakie food were not nice. Unless you prefer old vibe with old furnish smell, go for it. This will be my first and also last staying here.

This accommodation is perfect for family and friends gathering. Check in & check out time are so flexible plus they're requesting for small amount of deposit too (RM50). Double thumbs up for their cleanliness, front office service and the facilities provided. Definitely will come back for my next staycation!
