Space Residency by A----Walk 100m to KSL

在這裡度過了一段短暫而美好的時光。工作人員非常樂於助人。附近很容易找到餐館，所以住宿非常方便。希望這棟大樓的施工能盡快結束，以免因為鑽孔噪音太大（而且清晨就開始了）而影響人們休息。

非常新的住宿！也很方便，服務一流。非常乾淨，但對兩個人來說有點小。廁所的味道可以改善一下。

It is located near the KSL with walkable distance about 10 mins walk. The room provide everything which you need just like a hotel stay. They have a lot of different unit when you book you might not get the same look and design as per the photo shown but still Ok I got the room with abit of dark and dull design with simple decoration and most important thing is it is clean due I have children so cleanliness is an important factor that I always look into before I book for the stay. Water pressure is not strong but normal maybe we stay in the center of the building so the water flow is normal. There is a karaoke room in the facilities but the security guard does not allow us to use and I not sure what is the reason behind maybe due to one of the microphone is faulty so they stop us from using the karaoke room but there is another microphone which is okay to use and the karaoke system and screen is working so I quickly approach the staff for help to settle the issue with the security guard. In the end I able to use it for awhile until closing. The staff is really quick, proactive and approachable and able to settle the issue if anything happen. The stay is suitable for young couple, friend and family but not suitable for pregnant women and elderly at the moment due there is construction work going on in other unit and in the building itself the drilling part in the morning and afternoon might be destructive and dangerous so must be careful and take care of your safety due it is still new and not all the thing is being completed yet in the building. I also bought a box of mosquito repellent patch for my children due there is mosquito in the building and room. It is recommended if you just go for a short stay for now.
