Complaint About Poor Hotel Conditions. I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent stay. The room I was given was dirty, had a bad smell, and was in very poor condition. There were also many mosquitoes, making it very uncomfortable to stay. I requested a room change, but unfortunately, the new room had the same issues. This has greatly affected my experience, and I believe it does not meet the standards expected from your hotel. I hope you can take immediate action to address these problems. Bilik bila hujan basah, air hujan masuk, then akak indon tu, nak marah custmer sahaja, bantal selimut extra minta ambil sendiri dekat dalam store, then bila tanya ape2 kat akak indon tu muka berlagak, pemalas, tahu nak membebl jer kerja seorang dan sebagainya.
