I was requested to check in early but they insist 15.00 is their check in policy but on app state 14.00. When I show the screenshot the booking confirmation they still insist 15.00 hour is the check in time whereas the the whole unit empty the cleaning staff mention I have to contact front desk via phone to get the check in instructions. The check in policy so difficult even we request for slight early check in. After I ask several time atlast they send the check-in instructions at 14.40hr. If the host is stric on check in policy, they should empsie on the ads.

Check-in and check-out process was awesome using pincode even have to wait just around 15 minutes to get it via whatsapp. Yoiu have to contact the hotel number. Overall everything was OK.

Tak berapa nak bersih sgt. Reception depan tak ada orang jaga. Kelur masuk sendiri je dorg bg no pin untuk tekan kat pintu dan masuk . Nak masuk dalam kena buka Kasut dan tinggal luar. Hmm kalau hilang kasut entah la.

Bilik bersih dan selesa. Aircond sejuk. Bilik baru. Peralatan semua lengkap. Berbaloi dan puas hati bawa famili bercuti. Cuma di kawasan cina, tetapi ada kedai mamak berhampiran untuk beli makanan. Terbaik dan puas hati. Berbaloi dengan harga. Akan repeat lagi ke sini =)
