Pemilik dan staff nya helpful, tp lokasinya kalo utk cari makan agak susah. Lumayan deket ke bukit nanas station, dan cuma sbntr kalo ke bukit bintang. Fasilitas lumayan lah, tp kamar depan yg ada balkonnya, kasurnya ada tungau nya, jd anak sy ga nyenyak tidurnya, akhirnya kami lapis lagi kasurnya pake bedcover. Kalo ditny akan stay disini lg ga kalo ke KL, hmmm bettet cari tempat lain kyanya 🤭

The hotel is in a great location, you can walk to KLCC, KL Tower, etc. The room is big, spacious, and nice. Unfortunately, the TV doesn't have Netflix, YouTube, or even local TV, and the bathroom door needs to be fixed. Overall, I like this hotel, but later I want to try another room.

The service is great, the room is beautiful. I forgot the staff's name who assisted me. I think his name is Abu. He assisted me even though I asked for a check-out in the middle of the night. Great service.

Rumah oke saja selesa, tapi masalah satu saja. 3 bilik, tetapi toilet 1, check in 7 orang. Boleh bayangkan tidak pagi-pagi berebut toilet bagaimana 🤣. Saya rasa rumah ini studio, tetapi renovate dijadikan 3 bilik sebab itu toilet 1 saja.

Pengalaman menginap yang mengerikan, kasur penuh kutu, tiap malam habis kena gigit, & sibuk matiin kutu, 6 malam pula bookingnya, sudah info ke owner cuma d kasih semprotan kutu & tidak membantu, tidak lagi menginap di sana, unit kamar 20-18. Perlengkapan pun minim, ada mesin cuci tp jemuran tidak ada/hanger pun tak ada, parah.

Kami menginap di Mercu Summer Suite dari tanggal 6 sampai tanggal 11, check out tanggal 12 Juli 2024, sangat senang, di bawah ada minimarket 24 jam, owner sangat baik, easy to get reply. Service is good. We get back deposit easily. Di depan apartemen ada yang jualan sarapan pagi dan ada jualan burger. Dekat ke mana-mana, jalan kaki ke Kampung Baru banyak orang jualan, Petronas. Good bless you.

Proses check in mudah karena owner dan petugas sangat ramah. Malahan kami bisa check in lebih awal dari waktu yang sudah ditentukan di aplikasi. InsyaAllah kalau ke KL lagi bakalan nginap di summer 👍. Note: Owner tolong sediain kaca cermin dong di tiap kamar tidur 🤭.

Awalnya saya pesan di sky suite, tapi dipindahkan oleh app, katanya kamar di sana full dan diberi beberapa solusi penginapan. Saya pilih summer suite. Okelah, not bad. Kekurangannya hanya kebersihan. Boleh diperhatikan lagi ya, karena sedikit berdebu di meja dan kitchen set-nya. Terima kasih.

Staff nya ramah dan membolehkan untuk early check in. Membantu untuk membawa koper kami. Hanya sayang nya tidak di sebutkan jika ada salah satu kamar dari 3 kamar yang tidak memiliki Ac lalu kamar mandi hanya 1 untuk apartemen dengan 3 kamar tidur. Amenitis kurang lengkap dan banyak peralatan dapur yang kurang bersih jadi harap diperhatikan lagi saja.
