Facilities

Guests will enjoy high-speed WiFi (100 Mbps), a TV box with international channels and movies, and a kitchen area with utensils for light cooking. The suite includes a king-size bed and a queen-size bed, comfortably sleeping up to four guests. Other amenities include air conditioning, refrigerator, microwave, kettle, iron, hair dryer, and a bathroom with hot shower, towels, and basic toiletries.

Things to Note

This is a homestay. You will need to collect the access card by yourself from the mailbox area (no reception counter). We will send the self check-in instructions one day before arrival. Please return the access card to the designated spot upon check-out. No free parking is provided. Secure paid parking is available on-site: RM3.00 for the first 2 hours, then RM1.00 per hour. Flat rate RM15 per day (payment via Touch 'n Go or online). If arriving by taxi or e-hailing, you can access the building from the Sunway Pyramid Hotel lobby. If driving, please park at the Sunway Pyramid Hotel parking entrance. This is a non-smoking unit. Smoking anywhere on the premises, including the balcony, is strictly prohibited. A RM200 fine will be charged if smoke is detected upon check-out. No parties or group gatherings are allowed. Any evidence of such activities will result in a RM200 fine. Check-out time is by 12 PM. Late check-out will incur a RM50 per hour charge and is subject to availability. Baggage storage: For security reasons, we are unable to receive or store unattended luggage before check-in or after check-out.
