Effective from 1st January 2025, the Melaka State Government imposed a mandatory MYR 3.00 Heritage Tax Fee per occupied room per night for all hotel accommodation. This fee may change without prior notice. This fee will be collected by hotel upon guest arrival.

1St of all there was no parking available to you. You need to find your own park. If you come back late from dinner might probably get parking far away from the lobby enterance. 2nd swimming pool need to booked earlier. Need to wear a swimming suit. Other than dat all OK. Just please change for new towel. Its quite old already.

Had a pleasant night. Parking senang, beautiful view especially at night, ada convenience store di bawah dan depan bangunan, di tengah-tengah bandar. Aircond tak berapa sejuk tapi ada kipas. Pasang dua-dua sekali baru rasa sejuk. Has fridge, microwave, induction cooker, periuk belanga, sabun basuh pinggan. Mesin basuh je takdak 😆 siaran tv tak berapa ada tapi kalau ada pun, tak tengok tv jugak. Kolam takdan p sebab bangun lewat, overall ok je, will repeat this stay again in the future

2nd time menginap di sini..overall ok cuma harap apartment sdiakan alat pembersihan spt penyapu sng nak kemas..bkn apa,jenis saya mcm mana masuk mcm tu juga saya tglkan semasa keluar,jd kerja pembersihan mudah sikit..untuk byrn deposit kalini saya puashati,ms check out trus settle,xpyh bnk in2 mcm sebelum ni..yg lain smua terbaik.

Overall apartment selesa, swimming pool pun ok sangat tapi bab nak claim smula duit deposit,janji nak transfer tapi dah shari lebih xde apa2 progress, kita yang sibuk tny sana sini nak mintak refund duit kita balik mcm mintak sedekah, first time bad experience sepanjang saya buat tempahan melalui aolikasi, mlm td bru dapat refund tu pun banyak kali tny..cdgn saya pada pihak management,byr csh je lh cust check out supaya xde isu, nanti kalau cust review teruk,effect jugak, lain2,sgt bagus dan puashati cuma bab payment je la kene kaji smula.

You need to change the rules...make it simple... some people don’t have swimming suit...for me it’s okay if use shirt like football jersy... or use underwear for non muslim if they want...I’m not staying here anymore in the future if I can’t enjoy the pool...
