Very nicely decorated lobby and room. The bed was very comfy, I was pleasantly surprised at the springy mattress and soft cotton sheets! Sound proofing was good as well, I cant hear anything from the next room. The staff are super smiley and friendly. In the daytime, you may hear some bells from the nearby place of worship. Also the toilet shares a sliding door with the shower, so you cant close both the shower and the toilet doors at the same time. There's another wall in front of the shower and toilet though, so it's not too bad.

Everything is okay. Just need to improve for the hot water at the toilet. need to wait up to 5 minutes before the hot water become hot.

我們在北海的T+酒店住了一晚，整體體驗相當令人失望。考慮到價格，酒店看起來平平無奇，並沒有達到我們的期望。
房間本身很寬敞，配備一張加大雙人床和一張單人床，這算是優點。然而，清潔度卻令人擔憂。房間感覺髒亂不堪，尤其是在我們看到一隻蟑螂爬到床邊之後，更是讓我們感到非常不舒服。此外，房間缺少一些基本設施，例如足夠的衣架，導致我們無法妥善晾曬毛巾和衣物。
雖然空調運作正常，但這不足以彌補整體糟糕的入住體驗。飯店管理方面顯然還有很大的進步空間，尤其是在清潔度和房間設施方面。
從積極的方面來看，酒店的位置對美食愛好者來說很方便，因為它靠近當地著名的美食傳奇餐廳阿坤羅麵和米其林一星餐廳美詩香。

I did not expect the room to be very nice. I thought it’s just another budget hotel. Counter is at level 1. Covered car park is available but limited. You’ll love it.

This hotel is located next to temple and right beside the road, very noisy very dirty room, oily floor, clogged sink and drain. Very very smelly towel, I almost vomited when I sniffed the scene of the towel. The towel was grayish colour, very disgusting. Very dim light, it made the hotel room seemed scary. I do not recommend this hotel, with this price you better stay in penang island. Noted: no complimentary items from the hotel, not even a shower cap.
