We had a comfortable stay. The hotel lobby is beautifully designed with thoughtful decorations, perfect for taking photos or just relaxing. The room feels quite new and clean, and the overall atmosphere is cozy. The location is also quite convenient. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it!

Convenient, clean and spacious room. The only thing that is somewhat strange is the bathroom and toilet sliding door. Both bathroom and toilet are separated side by side but they share the sliding door. This means when one is using the bathroom, no one could use the toilet as the door is on the other side.

最近有入住過這家飯店，感覺非常乾淨舒適。唯一的問題是…淋浴間沒有掛毛巾或衣服的掛鉤。這意味著每次洗完澡都要光著身子走到外面去拿毛巾。這種設計很不方便，尤其和年紀較大的孩子一起住的時候更是如此。希望飯店管理層能盡快加裝掛鉤來解決這個問題。

One of the best hotel I stayed in Alor Setar, beats any 5 star hotel.
Clean, efficient staff, ample parking, nice ambiance and got some
Cafes and restaurants nearby walking distance.

Loved the cleanliness and décor. The room has ample space to open luggage and perform prayers comfortably. However, I didn’t enjoy using the steaming iron. I would prefer a traditional iron (available on a different floor). Also, it would be better if the ironing area had white lighting instead of the current one.

Terdapat staff hotel merokok depan pelanggan di hadapan kaunter pendaftaran lobi hotel. terdapat kanak-kanak di lobi. Sangat tidak puas hati. Lobi panas sangat walaupon baru jam 11 pg untuk checkout.
