Temasek Hotel住宿政策及一般資訊

重要提示

As announced by Royal Malaysian Customs Department, Tourism Tax is imposed starting 1 January 2023 for all hotel guests that are non-Malaysian or non-permanent Residents of Malaysia. Please expect that hotel will collect the Tourism Tax from you during check-in at the hotel. The Tourism Tax rate is 10 RM per room per night.

Effective from 1st January 2025, the Melaka State Government imposed a mandatory MYR 4.00 Heritage Tax Fee per occupied room per night for all hotel accommodation. This fee may change without prior notice. This fee will be collected by hotel upon guest arrival.



Deposit Policy
Deposit 0 is required upon check-in. The accommodation accepts cash and debit card.

ii. No pets allowed
iii. No mangosteen & Durian allowed
iv. No illegal activities (according to Malaysian law) allowed
v. No loud conversation or music after 12 midnight (hotel local time)

床邊有隻鱷魚，窗簾後面發現用過的男士襪子，床頭板壞了，熱水器不熱。完全摸不著頭腦，但還是給了四星。絕對不推薦，不信？那就去訂一次試試。

pglmn pertama saya check in hotel ni..persekitaran hotel,ok..cuma lift panas tak Da aircond dan butang tekan buka ttp rosak. water filter luar bilik rosak. masuk bilik,tak blh masuk kan kad UTK swith on aircond dan lampu terpaksa ke kaunter bagi tahu dan tggu technician datang dalam 5 minit..meja tv basah x lap dgn kering,cadar tak bersih,kesan karat kotor..dinding kayu terkopek,almari xda UTK ltk baju

Datang pukul 4.00 petang bilik penuh katanya, ramai beratur nak masuk bilik, ada yang menunggu dari jam 3.30 petang, alasannya, bilik penuh, ada customer nak extend masa, tunggu punya tunggu sampai jam 6petang, masih tak dapat masuk, kami keluar dulu ga cari surau, jam 10.30 malam baru dapat masuk bilik, dalam bilik air memang teruk kotor, tersumbat & berbau, tapi tetap juga tido aitu, sebab penat, pagi-pagi lagi kami dah check out, tak tahan, service memang teruk. Tak pasti hari tu je ke @ hari-hari lain pon sama, satu lagi pekerja kat kaunter tu cukup, kami pekerja tak cukup nak bersihkan bilik.

Overall stay 3/5 ⭐. Check in on Sat evening, only 2 trainee attending guest at reception counter. Check in process took about 15 mins due to waiting. RM50 returnable deposit + RM2 heritage fee. Hotel equipped with dining space and separate bar. Pool for kids. Room space ia fair with the price. However, cleanliness can be better. We found 4 dead mini cockroaches on floor in between bed. Bathroom size is fair, clogged sink bowl and dirt all over shower glass door. Provided with 1 soap + mini bottle shampoo. Towel looks old and overly used, best to get it replace sooner as it has became rough and greyish. 2 coffee sachet, 2 mugs and 1 electric kettle provided next to TV. Mattress and pillows however not too bad, it is comfort and good. We have card access issue on next morning before 11am after came back from breakfast. Access card denied, even after we have went down and reported to in charge. For 2nd round, we have called from other vacant room and kudos, staff came up with spare card less than 5mins after 2nd report made. Location wise is nice. Not in front of main road, close to town and many eateries. Thank you.
