Did not expect this hotel to be so wonderful. The room is clean and smell fresh. Everything looks new and cosy.
They also have little notes in the room to encourage you like "You did not wake up to be mediocre" and nice pictures printed on cards. Main lobby is warmly decorated and corridor has soft lightings and paintings. You can tell they really put in good efforts to make the guests feel comfortable.
In addition, staff is friendly and super helpful.
For the price that I paid for this quality and services, it is a steal.
Will definately come back again.

the hotel lobby looks modern bright and pleasing when you walked in. It has free basement parking lot for our car to be parked safely. Hotel has a door that links to the bridge to get you across to the popular shopping mall. However, it caused so much traffic jam in and around the area during the evenings. Overall, the hotel room looked nice with the standard basic toiletries provided. We would like to stay there again on our next visit.

As announced by Royal Malaysian Customs Department, Tourism Tax is imposed starting 1 January 2023 for all hotel guests that are non-Malaysian or non-permanent Residents of Malaysia. Please expect that hotel will collect the Tourism Tax from you during check-in at the hotel. The Tourism Tax rate is 10 RM per room per night.

Deposit MYR 50.00 is required upon check-in. The accommodation accepts cash and debit card.

The location was excellent, walking distant to Aeon bukit tinggi, and there was Aerobus stand across with less than 5 min walk from the hotel. Very convenient for short vacation.

I stayed here for the second time. It was excellent. For Klang area, I would recommend this hotel. Compare to the prices, location, cleanliness and overall experience I definitely will chose to stay here again. The only thing that the management need to change is the door to the lift from the parking basement should be open to guest. I parked in the basement but cannot enter the door to the lift and needed to walk up the stair to enter the hotel front door. Guest can go down directly to the basement parking from the lift at the reception level but weirdly cannot go to the reception level from the parking basement. Hotel can provide access card for guest to enter and exit the door to the lift. That's the only complaint I have. The rest was okay.

Room is ok, just the aircond controller is located beside the door. So you have to wake up and walk to the door to adjust temperature. For check out, the Indian lady at the counter was never smiling. She just said "sign" (asking for my signature). I waited there as I thought there's something else to do. But actually the "sign" thingy would be the last business. Why don't you smile and talk properly, as you are not the hell gatekeeper.

Lokasi hotel sangat dekat dengan pusat perbelanjaan AEON bukit tinggi, akomodasi bus untuk ke KL dan lain-lain juga tersedia di area hotel canvas. Sangat cocok untuk di jadikan tempat untuk menginap anda apabila berada di Bukit Tinggi Portklang.

Not recomend, saya tidak sengaja sedikit meninggalkan noda di handuk dan sprei krn saya ada buat pewarnaan rambut, yang sebenarnya bisa di hilangkan dengan sangat mudah, tetapi saya di denda 150 ringgit, seperti saya beli handuk 1 dozen, tidak toleran, jadi saya tidak recomend, apalagi buat yang punya anak kecil dan bayi, very-very not recomend, saya tidak akan pernah menginap di the canvas hotel, cukup 1 kali saja pengalaman yang sangat merugikan. Hati-hati buat yang lain nya, supaya tidak rugi seperti saya.biaya menginap 1 malam 125 ringgit tapi saya di denda oleh pihak hotel 150 ringgit, hotel paling buruk yang pernah saya tinggali. Ruangan banyak debu nya, di bawah kasur banyak sampah nya, di luar kulkas juga berdebu. Very-very not recomend !!!!
