Did not expect this hotel to be so wonderful. The room is clean and smell fresh. Everything looks new and cosy. They also have little notes in the room to encourage you like "You did not wake up to be mediocre" and nice pictures printed on cards. Main lobby is warmly decorated and corridor has soft lightings and paintings. You can tell they really put in good efforts to make the guests feel comfortable. In addition, staff is friendly and super helpful. For the price that I paid for this quality and services, it is a steal. Will definately come back again.

As announced by Royal Malaysian Customs Department, Tourism Tax is imposed starting 1 January 2023 for all hotel guests that are non-Malaysian or non-permanent Residents of Malaysia. Please expect that hotel will collect the Tourism Tax from you during check-in at the hotel. The Tourism Tax rate is 10 RM per room per night.

Document Policy
Upon check-in, you are required to bring ID Card. The required documents can be in the form of soft copy.

Deposit Policy
Deposit MYR 50.00 is required upon check-in. The accommodation accepts cash and debit card.

Minimum Age for Check-in Policy
Minimum age to check-in is 18. Minor guests must be accompanied by adults upon check-in.

Any breakages or damage to hotel property/items caused by guests or bookers will be charged accordingly based on the value of the affected items upon check-out.

我每次去巴生都会订这家酒店。从它建成以来就一直订。但最近，厕所的卫生状况不太令人满意，感觉他们根本就没打扫过。而且现在还要额外支付每晚5令吉的雪兰莪税。

I stayed here for the second time. It was excellent. For Klang area, I would recommend this hotel. Compare to the prices, location, cleanliness and overall experience I definitely will chose to stay here again. The only thing that the management need to change is the door to the lift from the parking basement should be open to guest. I parked in the basement but cannot enter the door to the lift and needed to walk up the stair to enter the hotel front door. Guest can go down directly to the basement parking from the lift at the reception level but weirdly cannot go to the reception level from the parking basement. Hotel can provide access card for guest to enter and exit the door to the lift. That's the only complaint I have. The rest was okay.

Room is ok, just the aircond controller is located beside the door. So you have to wake up and walk to the door to adjust temperature. For check out, the Indian lady at the counter was never smiling. She just said "sign" (asking for my signature). I waited there as I thought there's something else to do. But actually the "sign" thingy would be the last business. Why don't you smile and talk properly, as you are not the hell gatekeeper.
