Things to Note

Security Deposit of RM200.00 will be collected upon check-in & refundable via bank transfer / wire (Western Union) for foreign account within 24Hours after check out. Smoking is allowed in the common hall & balcony only NOT in bedrooms. Guest must be responsible for disposal of cigarettes buds as ash tray are provided. Any violations found will have their deposits forfeited. Please turn off the AC when you’re away. AC is short form for Air Conditioning, Air-Con. Requirement for guest to REMOVE all sorts of footwear (shoes, slippers, sandals) before entering the house is essential. If you wish to host an event for example Wedding, Photo Shots or Graduation please do notify us in the first place. Quiet gathering of family members or friends are allowed but not organising event parties. Lower down sound threshold after 12 midnight. It’s imperative not to simply shift the furnitures around as it will cause undesirable noises to neighbours & let it be at where its original placing is. Display items are for the EYES only not for the hands. NO exotic fruits like Durian, Jack Fruit etc. It is best we put into consideration not to left the bad odour for next guest checking in. A cleaning fee of RM100.00 will be imposed for clearing of odour or stains caused.
