Lần thứ 2 quay lại ở khách sạn này chỉ sau 1 năm. Vị trí ngay phố cổ, chỉ cần đi bộ 5 phút là tới, gần khu phố ăn uống, bar, pub. Phòng cách âm kém nha, nhưng bù lại có khăn, có locker, có sữa tắm + gội, không có bàn chải và kem đánh răng (note cho các bạn sau có thêm thông tin). Có vòi để lấy nước lọc uống, sạch sẽ, mọi thứ ok. Nếu check in trễ thì nhớ báo với ksan, lễ tân không trực 24/24 đâu. Nói chung nên chọn để ở vì vị trí thuận tiện, sạch, rẻ, đi 1 mình thì nên chọn phòng ở đây.

โดน bed bugs กัดเต็มตัวเลย นอนไม่ได้ทั้งคืน เดิงลงไปที่ reception แต่ไม่มีคนอยู่เลย ไม่มีเบอร์ติดต่อ ต้องกลับไปทนทรมานอยู่บนห้องเดิมจนเช้า พอลงมาคุย เจ้าหน้าที่เสนอเปลี่ยนห้องให้แต่เป็นห้องที่ทั้งมืดทั้งอับแถมไฟเสีย กระพริบตลอดน่ากลัวมาก เลยต้องไปหาที่พักใหม่ เจ้าหน้าที่ไม่ได้คืนเงินที่เหลือให้ จองไว้สามคืน คืนแรกก็โดนกัดเลย เป็นประสบการณ์ที่แย่มาก

ห้องพักค่อนข้างดีแอร์เย็นมากมีข้อเสียคือห้องพักอยู่ชั้น3 แต่ห้องน้ำส่วนกลางอยู่ชั้น2 ช่วงเวลาเร่งด่วนห้องน้ำไม่เพียงพอกับจำนวนคนเข้าพัก ผนังห้องค่อนข้างบางพูดปกติคือได้ยินทุกห้อง ต้องค่อยๆพูด

Front desk hanya sampai jam 9 malam. Kalo landing malam tidak akan ada orang yang membukakan pintu. Tidak ada nomor lain selain dering telepon dari dalam hostel dan tidak ada yang mengangkat. Sempat menghubungi CS agen online tp masih belum ada solusi, akhirnya aku dibantu 2 traveler cewek untuk masuk ke dalam dan aku ambil kunci kamar orang yang sudah check out sebelumnya, daripada aku tidur di luar hostel semalaman, kondisi sudah lelah malam itu. (+) Lokasi baik, bersih, selebihnya aman. (-) jangan check in di atas jam 9 pm, horor. Untuk check out aman. Fasilitas standar hostel backpacker. Air minum gratis, ada selimut, tanpa handuk, sabun dan shampoo di kamar mandi.

Di sini tidak bisa check in malam, sangat disarankan sebelum jam 7 malam anda harus sudah check in dahulu, jika tidak maka anda akan kesulitan untuk mendapatkan kunci kamar.

ห้องน้ำมีจำกัด อยู่คนละชั้นกับห้องที่พักทำให้ต้องเดินไกลไปหน่อย

I wasn't able to take photos cause I was really entertained with the places to visit in Penang. The staff are really nice. Place is cozy. The problem I had is I could hear the footsteps from the upper room cause the floor is made of wood. The bed and towels are clean, it didn't trigger my allergic rhinitis. The are only 2 toilet and 2 shower assigned for how many rooms, that ' s why I had to get up and prepare early to avoid the rush. They have microwave, fridge, utensils, and drinking water. Place is near Love Lane where the drinking bars are located. There are also many restaurants and hawkers nearby. Few meters away from little india, penang famous laksa, and cendol.

The private room where I stayed for a couple of nights were quite smelly. It's very clean the entire hostel but I assume they don't hang the blanket outside very often. Shampoo/Bodysoap bottles were empty when I wanted to use. But staff seemed to be quite friendly and hospitable.

Comfy bed and excellent service. The front desk is very informative and helpful. Will definitely stay here again whenever I'm in Pinang ❤️

Located in George Town world heritage area, so close to Chulia street night hawker stalls. Around 30-45 minutes from Penang Airport by Rapid Penang bus. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Comfort bed. Clean bathroom. Provide free breakfast and 24 hours coffee/tea. Reception guy and girl are very nice persons. However some tourist may complain for noisy from the outside.

Saya menginap disini selama 2 malam dan menyenangkan. Lokasi yang sangat strategis berada di Chulia street mudah mencari makanan terlebih jika malam hari. Dekat dengan sejumlah spot wisata di penang. Di seberang hotel ada masjid salah satu yang terbesar di penang. Staf hotel ramah dan sangat membantu. meski shared bathroom, kondisi baik dan bersih. breakfast self-in service di lantai bahawa. Overall, menyenangkan.

I love the common rooms, because we could hang out there and do a lot of things. The receptionist so helpful and informative, but you should considering to book your own room than sharing with others, because sometimes we have different preference.

Friendly staff. Good environment, clean space, I enjoy my stay at this guesthouse.
