Location is strategic, the room is spacious & clean. However, this hotel has limited parking space. As it is near to bars & pubs, it's quite noisy at night & we could hear the music from our room.

Kamar luas, AC dingin dan di dalam kamar semua komplit termasuk ada setrika. Di dalam kamar mandi tidak ada sikat gigi dan odol, selebihnya OK. Kalau yang pakai kursi roda harus ambil tipe kamar deluxe ya, jangan yang standar karena posisi kamarnya harus naik tangga setelah keluar dari lift. Jam 6 sore waktu Malaysia di seberang hotel food court-nya baru pada buka. Makan paginya lumayan komplit dan ada stand telur, susu kedelai, air jeruk, dan bagi yang suka kopi bisa order kopi sesuai kemauan tamu. Good service and good room hotel.

Location is super convenient, easy to walk around tourist attractions (for foodies especially). Staff are friendly and helpful. Cleanliness and comfort is slightly above average, have to bear with the noise coming in from the food court opposite the hotel (they have people busking and karaoke-ing till midnight at least). Breakfast spread is small but tasty, and the breakfast area has a cozy ambiance.

Very nice room, nice bed. Bathroom also okay. Too bad no comb provided, as unluckily I forgot to bring a comb during my trip there.

1st time here. The hotel is very outstanding, the staff (at the cafe soo nice + all the waiters + the cleaner) but the receptionist... a little bit of smile perhaps can give us a greater impression and also the way when you answer us, because you are the front liner. (I don't know why, because all the staff including the security can smile, but you... I'm not sure why 👀).
The location is as per advertised, only walking distance to all HOT places, like Blue Mansion (just a couple of steps), BUT... the problem is, when you order the Grab car, they will stop at the Loop Hotel (the map pin the location there). I also don't know why (based on the Grab drivers said... "this is a new hotel, not in the map yet🤭🤣"). Even I choose the correct address & location. (Small problem, because, the Leith Hotel is a new big building, cannot miss it).
Don't have any noise even have a construction at the hotel side. At night also don't have a noise.
The food is delicious. Also, they give free teatime (everyday) and welcome drink. Btw... the karipuff soo yummy 😜.
Room... so comfortable, got a lot of space. Only... if can, make some closet to put the luggage.😁
My suggestion, if can, "massage service or spa" in the hotel, as you know, after getting tired walking, we need a massage🤣🤣.
So, I really recommended this hotel for you that want to feel safe, with children or old parent. Btw I stay here 4 nights with my husband & my mom.
If got 5 stars rating, I give this hotel 4 stars (because of the receptionist).
