Overall a bargain deal Room is spacious and clean, facilities in good condition, swimming pool is really nice and 24-hr gym room is bonus Location-wise is fine, close to many tourist attractions Room for improvement - refill of items sometimes not consistence, e.g. While both towels hanged indicating we`re not asking for change on 2nd night they just changed one of them? Toiletries were sometimes refilled with full set while sometimes not? etc. Anyway I will still choose this hotel if I visit Penang again in future.

原來這酒店是Design Hotels的成員之一，那麼，它的價位絕對是超值合理。 線條簡潔的設計，用色用料均令人看上去十分輕鬆愉悅，甚至有種新穎輕盈感覺。設計師應記一功。 員工十分親切有禮，且會主動幫忙。大堂那位Zian，除了在我入住登記時主動跟我攀談，某天早上我們正準備出發逛街，他主動問我們要去哪裏。我們答了想去PENANG HILL，他就告訴我們PENG HILL正在關閉。幸好他這一問，否則我們就白行一趟。 我在網上留了訊息給他們，要求一些東西。他們第二天在早餐時分，主動到餐廳交給我。有時連我差點也忘了的事，他們都會跟進。很難得。 酒店位處檳城的銀行街附近。論美食和景點，其實不算十分集中。但勝在旺中帶靜，叫車去景點也十分便捷。 餐廳的㕑師技藝精湛，我們在那裏吃過午飯，很好。 房間算寬敞，浴室是玻璃透明的，坐在外面的ROOMATES可以飽覽沐浴中的Roomates。適不適合公幹時跟同事下榻，就要細心考慮了。但度密月則一流。 酒店的泳池在天台，無遮無掩，下午可以享受百分百的陽光。面前是一望無際的海景，心曠神怡。唯一缺點時晚上八時就關閉，太早了吧？其實影響不到其他房客，通宵開放也無不可。 酒店有不少公共空間，供你坐臥歇息。 我還留到一點，The Glasshouse的員工（即酒店餐廳）應該工作得十分快樂，應該是主管經理領導得好。那位經理人很友善，而且管理方法十分有人情味。這是大酒店少見的現象。

The hotel’s decoration is quite new and comfortable. The staff is nice and helpful. However, I found some little ants in my room. The cleaning shall be improved. The pool is not big and not clean but the view is quite good.
