1. only 1 elevator available. not ok during peak hours. 2. lobby at the other end from elevator to room. have to walk far. 3.1st night room was blackout. moved to 2 floor down with small kids.very inconvenience. 4. sent email to ask question but late reply and staff did not understand the question. overall not recommended unless you have no choice but despite all these flaws, front desk staff were friendly and helpful.

Memuaskan, bilik yang besar dan selesa, begitu juga dengan bilik air yang selesa, tetapi agak sedikit kecewa kerana kolam renang tidak dapat digunakan, lain-lain semua memuaskan.
