Time Hotel Sunway住宿政策及一般資訊
重要提示
As announced by Royal Malaysian Customs Department, Tourism Tax is imposed starting 1 January 2023 for all hotel guests that are non-Malaysian or non-permanent Residents of Malaysia. Please expect that hotel will collect the Tourism Tax from you during check-in at the hotel. The Tourism Tax rate is 10 RM per room per night.
Deposit Policy
Deposit 0 is required upon check-in. The accommodation accepts cash and debit card.

Smoking is prohibited in the accommodation.
Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
Car park is managed by local council & it is on first-come-first-serve basis. Customer is required to park at their own risk.
Customers who check-out later than 12.00 noon will be subject to penalty charge at minimum MYR 10.00 per hour. Amount may be different depending on hotel's occupancy.
A tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted.
A security deposit of MYR 50 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
In accordance with government guidelines to minimize transmission of the coronavirus (COVID-19), this property can only accept bookings from essential workers/permitted travelers on dates where such guidelines exist. MITI letter must be provided on arrival.

Cleanliness-2/5. Facilities-3/5 (decent hotel) TV-1/5 (TV is unavailable) Water pressure-5/5 (very good, I can take shower up to 1 hour) Air-conditioner-5/5 (very cold) Safety-2/5 (There is a backdoor by stair at the middle of the hotel, stranger can straight away go to your room) Overall, good stay for 1 night budget hotel.

Bad and dirty room, dirty bathroom, wall so many spots, linen not clean, beds smell and dirty ex previous guest didn't change. Terrible hotel. Water on & off, hot water not work. This hotel is the worse hotel ever in the world. Totally disappointed! I booked for 3 days through the agent, and have to check out right on the 1st day. Lost money, rather can't sleep. 😢.

Very bad. The toilet was so dirty. The mattress so old. The remote for the TV not functioning and even wrong remote! The staff was so bad and not friendly! The towel have bad smell. Have cockroaches inside the room! The room was so smelly. The pictures in the ads totally not same as reality! Not recommended and worst ever.

Too dirty. Dapat bilik level bawah sekali, laluan masuk ke lorong bilik gelap, carpet penuh habuk. Pintu tombol tak de. Bilik sangat-sangat berhabuk, toilet kotor, tv, almari, lantai sekua berhabuk teruk seperti berbulan-bulan tak cuci. Cadar lipat shaja. Bantal tak ade, kene mintak dekat kaunter. Last sekali tukar bilik tapi lebih kurang sama, sinki tersumbat sehinggakan sisa nasi makanan keluar ke lantai. Geli ooo. Serius tak book dah hotel nie. Kaunter hotel too scary, mcm ruang tumpangan.

Toilet floor dirty. Water heater not even function at all. Book for standard room but suddenly they said there no room anymore then they suggest me change to deluxe room. But ya. I'm not even satisfying with my stayin. Have so many cockroach inside. Bad. Not so recommended.

It has water heater, coffee, glass but no spoon, and hangers and window like the pictures shown. The room was quiet. The lobby was quite smelly, probably because there were people smoking there. But luckily the room has no bad smell. The toilet was a little small, so it would be hard for big size people to bath I think. It has a food court next to it, so we don't need to worry about meal. The hotel people would clean the room while you are out, so better keep your things tidy. The water flow was strong and it has hot water. The design was full of glass, but a bit not convenience for glass door toilet. But the hotel need to concern about the cleanness because I saw small cockroach two times. Overall, quite nice to stay for the budget price.

Sangat sangat kecewa dengan hotel ini. Sudah minta bersihkan kamar pada pagi hari. tetapi kamar tidak dibersihkan, sudah gitu handuk dan air minum juga tidak dikasih. Saya ke receptionist untuk minta handuk, katanya di hotel malam ini memang kekurangan handuk. Sampai saya tunggu setengah jam marah-marah baru diambilkan handuk. Sudah gt minta tolong untuk bersihkan kamar, malah bilang bukan urusan saya untuk bersihkan kamar. Kalau mau bersihkan kamar tunggu besok jam 3 sore. Padahal besoknya saya sudah check-out. Sangat tidak lah di rekomendasi di hotel ini. Cukup tahu saja dengan hotel yang pelayanannya sangat buruk.
