房间空间还不错。但是没有窗户，空气很糟糕，刚进房间时感觉无法呼吸，必须打开空调等待一段时间才能使空气清新。价格还可以，所以只适合短期住宿或转移到其他地方。

Staff-nya ramah. Kamarnya kecil, tidak ada lemari, tidak ada nakas di samping tempat tidur jadi tidak bisa menaruh handphone atau benda lainnya. Tersedia meja kecil tapi tidak ada kursi jika kamu mau kerja. Wifi di kamar buruk tapi kamu bisa ke area reception untuk kerja. Dengan harga yang termasuk murah wajar dengan fasilitas yang disediakan.

Bad room, smelly toilet. Dirty pillows and sheets. Moldy toilet walls. Very, very bad.

Harap diperbaiki mana-mana yang rusak. Wifi tidak masuk ke bilik.

Tolong perbaiki yang rusak dan wifi nya di masukan di setiap bilik.

Can't complain about the price. I'll try to cover both the good and the bad. Starting the good side: Price is pretty good for a queen-size bed. The room came with soap, shampoo, 2 bottles of water, a rug, water heater, and hair dryer. Aircon and fan are working properly. The location is near 4 different malls (The Strand, Nexus, etc.). It's also near the MRT. Restaurants, Starbucks, and Sports Center nearby. Now the bad side: Doesn't come with a towel; The balcony is shared; There are some stains on the blanket, bed sheet, and pillow case if you look closely; TV can only be used for external devices; The RM50 cash deposit was not mentioned during the booking process. The walls are not sound-proofed. You can hear people from outside as well as the closing and opening of other doors. The deal breaker for me is the parking—there is no overnight parking fee and you have to pay RM2 per hour (15 minutes grace period). So that'd be RM96 if you parked there for 2 days. I suggest to anyone to park somewhere else. There is a nearby park and there are also plenty of parking lots near the malls. Your 1 day parking could have covered another one night stay in the hotel. These are my observations during my stay.

This is the worst ever hotel I ever stay. No tower was given. When asked for the tower. The counter replied the tower is fully utilized. Attitude is terrible. Bieber never come back again.

Masuk bilik ada bau yang tidak menyenangkan,tempat tidur seperti bantal/selimut berbau kuat,rasa kurang nyaman nak tidur,harap lepas ni hotel sentiasa berbau wangi.

Bantal buruk n berbau. Parking mahal kn parking dekat seberang jalan.

The worse hotel I ever stayed. The wifi is not working and all looks dusty and old.

Terrible hotel ever! Changed 3 room during the stay due to unmaintained property. Enter the 1st room (No. 318) - found that the bedsheet and blanket got stained probably like sperm. Then they change me to 2nd room (No. 314)- the air conditioner not functioning, hot shower not working, water pressure was terrible. The floor was dirty and dusty. Then changed again to 3rd room (No. 315) - the bed seems okay but the toilet smells like being in the sewer line with a dead roaches. After taking shower then I realised that the towel was not provided in the room. The free parking not provided by the hotel. You have pay approximately rm 30 per overnight stay for the peace of mind parking. Otherwise you have to leave your car unattended 300m away from the hotel by walking. The front desk staff was not so friendly and seem offensive. This will be my last stay at this hotel.

Please check the condition of room, make sure the room clean (ex: under the bedsheet) floor, change remote TV & service the air conditioner & waterheater & the doorlock. Thanks.
