Message from Hotel: You may be required to present valid government-issued identification at check-in, along with credit card / cash to cover the incidentals and deposits. All special request such as Non-Smoking Room, Smoking Room, Early Check-In, Late Check-Out, Higher Floor and etc are not guaranteed and strongly subject to hotel’s availability. Additional charges may apply. Additional charges may apply from case to case basis. Hotel will collect security deposit of MYR200.00 per room per night (MYR500.00 per room per night for long stay guest - 7 nights and above). Strictly non-smoking in the room. MYR200.00 nett penalty charge will be imposed if you failed to adhere hotel's non-smoking policy. Alternatively, smoking is allowed at public area on front of property. Hotel may charge you additional fee for each extra person after reserves room’s maximum occupancy. Any availability of extra bed or baby crib is subject to hotel availability. Additional fee such as extra bed, food and beverage, telephone, room service, airport transfer, laundry service etc is handled directly between guest and hotel.
Effective from June 1, 2014, the City Council of Penang will impose a Local Council Tax of MYR 3 per room per night for 4 and 5-star hotels, and MYR 2 per room per night for 0 to 3-star hotels. The star rating will be in accordance to the rating from Local Council and should the rating differ from the website, the local council rating will apply.
Effective from 1 January 2023, accommodation are liable to collect and charge Tourism Tax (TTx) of MYR 10 per room per night to all tourists except Malaysian citizen (holders of a MyKad card) and Permanent residents of Malaysia (holders of a MyPR card).

Deposit MYR 200.00 is required upon check-in. The accommodation accepts cash, debit or credit card.
