All special request such as Non-Smoking Room, Smoking Room, Early Check-In, Late Check-Out, Higher Floor and etc are not guaranteed and strongly subject to hotel’s availability. Additional charges may apply. Additional charges may apply from case to case basis.

Hotel will collect security deposit of MYR200.00 per room per night (MYR500.00 per room per night for long stay guest - 7 nights and above).

Strictly non-smoking in the room. MYR200.00 nett penalty charge will be imposed if you failed to adhere hotel's non-smoking policy. Alternatively, smoking is allowed at public area on front of property.

Hotel may charge you additional fee for each extra person after reserves room’s maximum occupancy. Any availability of extra bed or baby crib is subject to hotel availability.

Additional fee such as extra bed, food and beverage, telephone, room service, airport transfer, laundry service etc is handled directly between guest and hotel.

Effective from June 1, 2014, the City Council of Penang will impose a Local Council Tax of MYR 3 per room per night for 4 and 5-star hotels, and MYR 2 per room per night for 0 to 3-star hotels. The star rating will be in accordance to the rating from Local Council and should the rating differ from the website, the local council rating will apply.

With effect from 01 September 2017, with reference to the Law of Malaysia Act 791, Tourism Act 2017, hotel guests who are non-Malaysian or non-Permanent Resident of Malaysia, are committed to a Tourism Tax of MYR 10.00 nett per room night of stay as determined and imposed by the Malaysian Government, which is not included in the reservation and will be collected by the hotel upon check in. This is to be applied in-addition to existing fees/taxes levied and the existing local tourism fee in Penang.<

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the housekeeping team will practice social distancing by avoiding entering the guest room as much as possible. Please take note of the following housekeeping policy: Room cleanliness is performed every three (3) days. On non-cleaning days, the housekeeping team will clear the trash, change new towel and refill room amenities upon request.

- Taxes: Local Penang Government Fee RM3.00 to be waived from Jan to Jun 2022 . The mentioned fee will kick-start from 01 July 2022 onwards and it will be collected from guest upon check in
