Room generally OK except the aircon had some drips, wet. The position of the aircon is blowing towards my face, a bit annoying.

Overall it 's fun experience for both of my kids. For check in prcedure need works to improve. To delay customer chck in after 3 pm was a very bad 1st impression.

The location was superb, the room was comfortable but the toilet too dirty. Btw I think the room is designated for tall people. The sink, the toilet bowl even the mirror was too high for me which height 156 cm only.

Very strategic location. Pd famous cendol just opposite the main road. My kids loved the water slides.

Room too small for that kind of rate but breakfast was OK. The rest were acceptable. One thing that attracted me most was the welcoming hi from the management of tunas resort at front desk. Good luck.
