Love the room and the view from my room, which is river view/pool view. Having dinner at the Quad restaurant and the food is nice. variety breakfast and love the view from sky lounge. love the swimming pool view. everything is awesome. will come back again

Recommended! Even though the hotel is 20-30 mins away from the city of Kuching, the scenery that I could witness from the swimming pool was undeniably beautiful and worth every ringgit spent here to relax and away from the business of the city and work. The hotel was very clean and beautiful as well, everything was provided including iron, iron board, hangers, water boiler, toothbrush, shower gel and even room slippers and bath robes! Definitely will come here again soon. Thank you!

Good location, walking distance to BCCK, but no nearby shops or attractions. We totally depend on ehailing for transport to go to city centre and certain hours a bit difficult to get the ehailing. Otherwise nice hotel with great river view during morning breakfast.

Secara keseluruhan kamar cukup baik, luas, fasilitas lengkap, walau jarak dari pusat kota lumayan jauh dan pada malam hari sangat sunyi dan gelap di jalan menuju dan keluar hotel. Untuk kebersihan, banyak debu di beberapa area.

Hotel ucsi cantik dapat view pemandangan sungai. Bilik superior king bed yang hebat. Santai. Bilik yang besar sesuai untuk kami mini family 2 dewasa + 2 budak kecik. Berbaloi dengan harga. Saya dapat harga rm265/semalam booking di traveloka. Termasok bocer 1 orang sarapan dan topup rm26.50/ seorang sarapan. Budak-budak bawah 12 tahun free sarapan. Kolam boleh mandi sehingga 7 malam. Cuma kolam tak ada kolam untuk budak. Budak-budak boleh mandi di awasi ibu bapa.

Main reason I choose to stay at UCSI hotel is to escape from bustling city noises. It is located ~10km from city centre, good river view, nice infinity pool & gym which definitely help to de-stress & immerse yourself closer to nature. Booked a deluxe king room, so spacious in term of room. Everything is just perfect until the day I checkout, out of curiosity I open up the mini fridge in the room, and noticed some leftover drinks from previous guest. Well, it freaked me off a bit but thankfully I was leaving already that time. P/S: I didn’t book the room that come with breakfast due to negative comments about their breakfast menu
