Sudah 2 kali menginap di Una, sampai sekarang ini semuanya memuaskan. Fasilitas lengkap, staff-nya ramah-ramah. Check in dan check out gampang karena kakak-kakaknya stand by dan fast respon. Dekat dari MRT dan LRT. Depannya ada mal, jalan sedikit ada supermarket. Yeay, insyaallah nanti menginap di sini lagi.

Very strategic location: super close to AEON Maluri MRT. The price is affordable, around 200 RMB, for 3 rooms (6 people stay), also fully furnished, with a kitchen, living room, dining table, and washing machine. The response from the worker is also very fast 👍. P.S.: The night view from the balcony is nice.

Saya kena charge sebesar RM150 dikarenakan ada noda di sarung bantal padahal noda itu sudah ada sejak saya pertama kali datang, kesalahan saya adalah tidak foto atau video kondisi unit ketika pertama kali masuk dikarenakan sudah sangat lelah, apalagi saya tau pegawai apartement tersebut sama sama dari Indonesia, saya kira tidak akan mungkin mau melakukan penipuan. Biasa saya selalu foto atau video setiap pertama kali masuk kamar hotel maupun apartement. Awalnya pegawai tersebut minta RM300, setelah melakukan perdebatan, akhirnya hanya kena charge RM150, itupun tanpa ada kuitansi. Saya yakin ini hanya permainan mereka tanpa diketahui pemilik apartement. Dan kamar terkadang bau karena mereka tidak memasang blower di kamar mandi, mereka hanya memasang jendela kecil di sebelah shower sehingga bau dari toilet tidak segera hilang dan kalau kita buka pintu kamar mandi maka baunya akan masuk ke ruang tengah. Semoga owner apartement UNA Serviced Apartment by five sense bisa mengevaluasi hal ini. Dan menjadi pelajaran juga bahwa sangat penting memfoto ataupun video kondisi kamar sebelum kita tempati.

Saya sampai di hotel mendapat kamar yang di berikan seperti itu, pihak hotel tidak mengecek kamar yang di berikan kepada customer, deposit RM 300, charge parkir RM 10/ hari. Handuk dan sprei kena noda di charge, semua-semua kena charge lah.
