Lokasinya strategis banget, dekat ke Macalister Street yang banyak makanan. Ke rumah sakit Northern, Gleneagles, Island dan lain-lain juga dekat. Dekat ke Gurney Plaza juga. Senangnya di hotel ini ada water dispenser jadi nggak perlu beli air minum tambahan.

Hotel is clean and staff is friendly. Seldom I see new and clean hotel in the middle of Penang city centre. Very convinient for culinery touring, 10 minute walk to New Lane Food Street. Definitely will come back.

Very comfortable hotel. Not too wide, but clean and neat. Complete with irons, clothes hangers, suitcase tables. There's tea, coffee, sugar, mineral water. The bathroom is clean. The AC is cold.

The room was wonderful. Very clean, modern, and spacious. Although the hotel is a little ways from the historical downtown, you can take the free bus (CAT) and get off at stop 11 and from there the hotel is less than a10 min walk. CAT made it very easy to get anywhere in town from the hotel.
The only negative was the wifi was awful. It was constantly dropping and I had to reconnect multiple times each session.

重要提示
As announced by Royal Malaysian Customs Department, Tourism Tax is imposed starting 1 January 2023 for all hotel guests that are non-Malaysian or non-permanent Residents of Malaysia. Please expect that hotel will collect the Tourism Tax from you during check-in at the hotel. The Tourism Tax rate is 10 RM per room per night.

A Tourism Tax of MYR 10 nett per room, per night applies to foreign passport holders arriving from 1 January 2023 onwards. This is collected by the hotel on behalf of the government upon check-in, and is not included in your total room cost. All Malaysian Nationals and Permanent Residents are exempted. The Penang State Government has implemented a mandatory “Hotel Fee” (Local Government Fee) of MYR 2 nett per room per night applied to all guest including malaysian and non-malaysian. The Hotel Fee will be collected upon check-in.

hotel cukup dekat dengan berbagai destinasi wisata di penang. anda bisa berjalan kaki atau naik grab.saya memesan family room dengan 2 kasur ganda. sangat nyaman untuk 2 dewasa dan 2 anak. hotel ini bukan tipe hotel mewah tapi nyaman untuk beristirahat setelah seharian berwisata keliling penang.
