Wonderful stay here, a real gem in the middle of Georgetown. Everything is within walking distances and the hotel is well located. Breakfast was great. Room was comfortable with a lovely bathroom area. Would recommend to all.

As announced by Royal Malaysian Customs Department, Tourism Tax is imposed starting 1 January 2023 for all hotel guests that are non-Malaysian or non-permanent Residents of Malaysia. Please expect that hotel will collect the Tourism Tax from you during check-in at the hotel. The Tourism Tax rate is 10 RM per room per night.

Deposit Policy
Deposit 0 is required upon check-in. The accommodation accepts cash, debit or credit card.

Breakfast is chargeable at RM40.00 per person. Operating from 7AM - 10AM. Please contact hotel reception for further information.

Effective from June 1, 2014, the City Council of Penang will impose a Local Council Tax of MYR 2 per room per night for 0 to 3-star hotels. The star rating will be in accordance to the rating from Local Council and should the rating differ from the website, the local council rating will apply. This fee is not included in the total room cost.

From 01 January 2023, In accordance with the Federal Government of Malaysia Gazette Tourism Tax (Rate of Tax) Order 2017, the TTx of RM10.00 nett per room, per night, on all non-Malaysians and foreign passport holders applies. This amount will be collected by the Hotel on behalf of the government upon check-in. All Malaysian Nationals and Permanent Residents are exempted. Please be advised that Tourism Tax is not included in your total room cost.

Dear valued guests, please be informed that Perbadanan Bekalan Air Pulau Pinang (PBAPP) has announced a scheduled water supply disruption in Penang from 25th to 27th April 2025. The hotel will remain fully operational during this period. Proactive measures have been taken to ensure minimal disruption and to maintain the comfort and convenience of our guests. The property itself is great but what I didn’t like was taking a print copy of my identity documents to keep and share to the head office to verify that I’m a Malaysian resident. This can be easily confirmed by viewing my identity at the front desk. Headquarters should review their privacy collection policies. Furthermore, there weren’t enough hotel key cards and were only given 1 per room, which were told that the next day we could try again to get an extra card. There’s a policy if we lost the key cards, it’s RM50 each fine.
