Nice quiet location just a short walk to restaurants and shopping along with the beach. Very friendly and professional staff. Simple but adequate breakfast. Would definitely stay here again

The service was excellent. All staff were very friendly. The villa itself is very clean, comfortable and well equipped.
Breakfast was great.
The pool is under the shade of trees which meant there was a lot of leaves in and around the pool, despite staff sweeping. Overall the pool area is not inviting and could probably do with some TLC. This was the only thing stopping me from giving a 5 star review

Great location! Walking distance to Ceneng (Main spot in Langkawi) yet secluded. Owner, workers, and security guards were professional and kind. Will book again when I go back to Langkawi!

重要提示
As announced by Royal Malaysian Customs Department, Tourism Tax is imposed starting 1 January 2023 for all hotel guests that are non-Malaysian or non-permanent Residents of Malaysia. Please expect that hotel will collect the Tourism Tax from you during check-in at the hotel. The Tourism Tax rate is 10 RM per room per night.
Document Policy
Upon check-in, you are required to bring ID Card. The required documents can be in the form of soft copy.
Minimum Age for Check-in Policy
Minimum age to check-in is 18. Minor guests must be accompanied by adults upon check-in.

Smoking is allowed only in the designated smoking area.
Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
Operation of hotel front desk is from 0800 hours to 2300 hours daily If you wish to check-in beyond front desk operation hours, kindly contact hotel at least 1-day before arrival date for further arrangement.
Effective from 1st July 2016, the Kedah State Government imposed a mandatory Tourism Fee per occupied room per night for all hotel accommodation (maximum RM9.00 per room per night). This fee may change without prior notice. This fee will be collected by hotel upon guest arrival.
**This hotel does not allow any children age 17 & below. Hotel reserves full right to reject booking if guests are traveling with children age 17 & below.
Hotel reserves right collect minimum amount of deposit upon arrival from guest. Amount of deposit is subject to changes.

My stay was satisfactory, although it did not fully meet my expectations based on the pictures presented on Expedia. The showerhead did not function properly, which was disappointing. However, I would like to commend the staff for their friendliness and helpfulness throughout my visit.

Espaces superbes, piscine de bonne dimension, emplacement idéal à deux minutes de la plage, tranquillité assurée tout en étant à proximité des services et petit déjeuner exceptionnel, à la fois buffet complet et à la carte. Ne pas hésitez à profiter de leur offre de tours et à se restaurer sur place. Merci à toute l’équipe !

Wunderschönes grosse Zimmer mit Sofa ect. sehr sauber. Das Hotel ist 10 Min von der Cenang Beach entfernt, perfekte ruhige Lage mit gutem Restaurant.
Frühstück sehr lecker und schön angerichtet.
Sehr empfehlenswert, sehr nettes Personal, top!

Service was amazing, staff made u feel at home. Love the spread of breakfast offered especially the local hot dishes. Within walking distance to several restaurants as well as a convenience stall. Room is clean and has everything you need. Definitely will recommend anyone who’s coming to langkawi!

We had a great time at villa molek. We would recommend it for everyone who is searchin a calm , relaxing place for the vacation. The Suite was qlean and very cozy. The place is 5 min from tengah beach a small quit beach or 10 min walk to cenang beach away. We loved our stay here.
