Lokasi yang sangat bagus, hanya berjalan sedikit untuk menemukan kedai makanan yang bersih dan bagus, mudah menemukan KLCC dan halte Go KL di depan hotel. Kamar dengan view yang bagus, bersih, dan lengkap. Chriss dan staff bernama Abu yang sangat cekatan dan cepat menanggapi ketika ada yang ingin kami butuhkan, bahkan ketika kami harus cek in tengah malam. Akan kami rekomendasikan ke teman-teman, semoga bisa segera kembali ke sini, terima kasih.

I love their service. Pihak pengurusan Vortex sangat bersopan santun, caring, dan penerangan diberikan dengan jelas dan mudah difahami. Bilik luas, bersih, sangat selesa. Saya dah menginap di vortex sudah lebih 4kali ia menjadi pilihan saya sekiranya saya datang ke kuala lumpur. Disini ada mini market dalam bangunan dan dbawah ada kedai2 makan, 7e berdekatan. Facilities lengkap, mudah dan selesa.... Paling suka ada wifi dan Tv u tube for my kid... I give full 5star for the services 🥰

The staff was so helpful and friendly. They were also easy to contact and responded fast. The bed was comfortable and clean. The bathroom smelled good, and they also have a water heater. The facilities were well maintained. They have a microwave, refrigerator, mugs, plates, etc. The view was so beautiful; you can clearly see the twin towers directly. I had a very great experience there.

Untungnya pemilik menyediakan tempat penyimpanan barang sementara menunggu check in.
Sangat aman. Dijamin tidak hilang dan dipantau cctv 24 jam.
Pemiliknya ramah.
Ruangannya bersih.
Peralatan dapur dan perabotnya baik.
