Please expect that hotel will collect the Tourism Tax from you during check-in at the hotel. The Tourism Tax rate is 10 RM per room per night.



Document Policy
Upon check-in, you are required to bring ID Card. The required documents can be in the form of soft copy.

Deposit Policy
Deposit MYR 100.00 is required upon check-in. The accommodation accepts cash and debit card.

Kamar bagus, besar dan bersih, senang tinggal disini. Sedikit kurang praktis karena kita harus janjian ketemu sama owner disuatu tempat area apartemen. Begitu juga untuk check-out janjian serahkan kunci kamar disuatu tempat di sekitar, jadi tidak praktis menurut saya. Semoga bisa diperbaiki supaya lebih praktis, contoh seperti di Jepang. Mereka menaroh kunci di dalam box di finding rumah, buka box dengan nomer kode.jd owner tinggal kasih nomer kode kepada penyewa.jd biar tamu dtg kpn saja tidak masalah.sekedar masukkan. Thanks

Though our stay is short. We had a great night at icity (just below this apartment) also the view is superb, we can see it from the balcony. Owner also really nice person.

Lokasi apartment yang terletak di dalam i city, turun je aparment dah jumpa snow walk dan galeri patung lilin, xyah nak naik kete dah kalau nak ke park tuh, apartment yang luas, sesuai untuk ahli keluarga yang ramai, boleh muat 4@5 org, ada 2 aircond+kipas dinding, memang sejuk lah.
