As announced by Royal Malaysian Customs Department, Tourism Tax is imposed starting 1 January 2023 for all hotel guests that are non-Malaysian or non-permanent Residents of Malaysia. Please expect that hotel will collect the Tourism Tax from you during check-in at the hotel. The Tourism Tax rate is 10 RM per room per night.

Effective 1 September 2017, hotel guests who are non-Malaysian or non-Permanent Residents of Malaysia are required to pay a tourism tax of MYR 10 nett per night per room for all registered hotels with the Malaysian Government. This is in addition to the existing taxes that could be collected at the hotel upon check-in. Please check with the hotel upon arrival regarding these taxes. To avoid the crash between bookings,sorry that we just accept bookings at least 1 day before arrival. For last-minutes bookings,if the rooms you booked were fulled,we will adjust another rooms based on availability and added charges will be collected. We will collect RM10 as security deposit. The deposit is refundable upon check out. Sorry that we don't provide iron.

The staff not friendly. They scold you because use the apps. They refused to welcome you as a guest! The reception keep curse you and loud voice until you get the key. I stay there 2 hours the leave the room as not comfortable. No more stay here. I'm very dissatisfied and disappointed with the customer service this hotel. Its suppose to be rumah tumpangan not hotel at all. The staff very rude and not welcoming you, and mumbling. Throw the room key to you like you begging for your room.
