I had a wonderful stay at Weil Hotel. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive throughout my visit. The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything I needed. I especially loved the pool/breakfast/view/location. The hotel’s location was perfect, making it easy to get around. I’ll definitely be returning and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Ipoh.

We reached at 1 AM and were greeted and checked in really fast. Breakfast selection was really good. The room was clean and comfortable. The bathtub was nice to relax in. Next to the mall and near the city center. Overall, it was a great experience.

It’s our second time staying at Weil hotel. Very good location, next to a shopping mall and close by to makan joints. Hotel Service is really good... starting from check-in to check-out. Stay was very comfortable, staff polite & professional... overall experience was awesome. Will definitely stay here again when I next visit Ipoh!! And recommend friends as well!!!

This was my 10th stay at WEIL hotel. Nothing to argue, except it was a very pleasant stay. The room as usual. Very clean. The staffs were all friendly. And the breakfast at tiffin was marvelous. This is the only hotel that keep me want to check-in every time I visit ipoh.

這家酒店絕對是到怡保旅行的首選，CP值很高。从怡保火車站call車到酒店，只需八分鐘，酒店旁邊就是一家大型商場，非常方便。

Check in 的女接待員、冷模並完全沒有顧及和理會客人的需要及感受。我們中午12時左右到達酒店，當時該女接待員表示要2點半至3點才可以check in. 我們理解並放下行李外出吃午飯及買東西。回到酒店已經過了3點，該女接待員表示房間仍未整理妥當，於是我們祗好再等待。再過20分鐘再問，她表示房間仍未整理妥當並表示不知什麼時候才可以。我們已經告知祗在怡保停留一天，惟她表示毫不在意，服務之劣，有負我們的期望及擇選這酒店。酒店再好，有這樣poor service 的職員，可惜！雖然然最後escalate 去deputy manager(因front desk manager當時吃午飯）得到安排房間，惟前枱服務及house keeping進度值得hotel General Manager review 及改善!!

酒店新，隔壁就是大商場，購物和食都方便，而且酒店還有美味亷宜的自助晚餐，唯一缺店是離新和舊城區有一段距離，在炎熱天氣下步行稍辛苦，若酒店可安排shuttle bus服務就更完美了
