Personal muy amable. El taxista me quizo estafar pero yo estaba al tanto del precio y el tipo de cambio dolar rupia, pero de todos modos el recepcionista intervino a mi favor. El hotel es un edificio nuevo muy comodo. Todo de 10. Incluso ponen toallas para la playa y el desayuno tambien es bueno. Pero resalto la amable del personal.

衛生程度很差，毛巾帶灰，床鋪不乾淨，有虱，咬到身體，一連幾天都痕癢。機場接送說我們三人因訂了二間房，要按房收錢，共收US30, 接送只是和其他酒店客人共用車。第二次在機場島過夜，絕不推薦這家酒店。

The staff of this hotel were very nice. However, it’s not worth the money paid. The breakfast was an egg, a few pieces of oranges and apples, two pieces of white break and a mini hot dog. I had to go to the neighborhood supermarket afterwards to get additional nourishment. The bed was as hard as a rock. Very noisy room with sounds from the traffic below. But the staff, again, made the day. Extremely friendly people.

I was originally booked here, March 2023, to relax after a few gruelling weeks abroad. After discussion with the manager, I was moved to a quieter location, The Dream Relax Inn, which was literally around the corner and off the main road. They are the same hotel chain. I appreciated the manager's compassion when I requested a quiet location (this hotel is on a main road with a lot of motorbike traffic). If you want a great location, this is a good place.

Nous avons été logés dans une chambre qu'il a fallu quitter car l'électricité était HS, la télé et le frigo ne fonctionnaient pas.
La deuxième chambre était correcte.
Durant notre séjour, le ménage n'a pas été fait et le linge de lit et de toilette n'ont pas été changés.

internet is terrible. hotel is very old. a chicken kebap shop next to it. your room also smells like chicken. bathroom is not clean. electric plugs is not working.

There was supposed to be a complimentary one way hotel to airport transfer. The hotel called a cab to transfer us to the airport. Upon reaching airport, the cab driver said we have to pay the cab fare. The hotel did not pay. We had no choice but to pay the cab driver.
There was no complimentary transfer as stated on the hotel booking page.

we did not stay at hotel we booked. hotel was full, they dropped us the other dream relax with smaller one bed room which is not the two beds room we paid.
no breakfast either.

La finestra della stanza a due metri aveva un palazzo di diversi piani con finestre e balconi ,ho dovuto tenere la tenda perennemente chiusa ed ero infastidito dai rumori dei condizionatori del palazzo difronte,altro che vista città come stava scritto nella descrizione della camera.

Terrible hotel and service. Dirty towel, cockroach in the room. No transportation service. No TV and AC not working properly. Pressure of hot water is too low( you can not take a shower properly because the pressure of the water.
