Dieses Hotel ist wirklich ein Juwel auf Mauritius. Es ist in jeglicher Hinsicht perfekt. Das Personal ist äußerst freundlich und sehr gut geschult. Das Hotel hat einen wunderschönen Strand. Man kann sogar den Sonnenuntergang sehen. Die Essensauswahl im Buffetrestaurant ist sehr gut. Es fehlt an nichts. Zum Frühstück gibt es jeden Tag einen anderen Smoothie und frisch gepresste Säfte. Wie der Name es sagt: es ist das One & Only

The beach is beautiful, the resort is beautiful and well looked after there is plenty of activities for the family great breakfast and dinning options. Service is top notch and honestly probably one of the best beach resort we have stayed at and we travel a lot so well done to O&O le saint geran everything is perfect!!!

This is a bonafide five-star hotel and probably one of our best hotels we ever stayed at. We normally aim for O&O, Rosewood and Four Seasons and sometimes Mandarin Oriental and this is a top 5 in the world for us.
The food is world-class and service is impeccable and we actually extended our stay with an additional 5 days and rebooked our flights back to Europe. One in the family haven’t been feeling well for a few days and the entire hotel and staff is helpful to accommodating our needs and “bending” the rules in the right way to ensure as smooth experience as possible despite the situation. We were also fans of the Guerlain Spa that was classy all the way. The staff have a high awareness of our dietary expectations and limitations from the day of arrival and through out our stay.
We highly recommend this to families who wishes a smooth vacation with great food and world-class service. We think the Ocean Front Rooms are value for money and the terrace rooms are also the best.

The location is great and the entire property setting is beautiful. The rooms are nice and we had a lagoon room which feels even more private. The Japanese restaurant is very nice, overall the food is good. It’s still one of the great resorts in the Indian Ocean.

It is an excellent hotel with vert attentive guest services or experience team. Bassil and Roshan were amazing and very helpful. Spa were decent and needs more improvement. Food options and restaurants were good. Wifi needs to be speed and have a coverage across the resorts. Overall, happy with the stay. Thank you One and only team

We have traveled a lot, but our stay at Saint Geran was definitely a unique experience. For starters, the whole resort was simply beautiful! The white marble floors, high ceilings with luxurious fusion decor, tall palm trees lining the alleys next to the white sandy beaches and turquoise ocean made an indelible impression on us.
Secondly, the service was simply incredible. It seemed like each member of the staff knew us by our name and seemed genuinely interested in our wellbeing. Honestly, as a newlywed, I must admit that I did not get tired of hearing myself being called as Mrs. S.. and someone being constantly concerned of how is Mrs. S doing and Mrs S. is it time for your afternoon Piña Colada yet? 😄
The service was simply impressive, along with the delicious food, overwhelming breakfast buffet, and the unique chef’s table experience at the Tapasake restaurant, where we ended up dining each evening of our stay simply because the food was so delicious and we couldn’t get enough of it. Finally, the last but not the least is the Villa, which was so cozy and so beautiful that it felt like an experience itself with all its special characteristics and comforts. We did not want to leave this resort!
