I had a wonderful stay at City Express Caborca! The customer service was excellent—everyone was super friendly and helpful from the moment I arrived. My room was spotless, comfortable, and well taken care of. I also loved the breakfast—it was fresh, delicious, and a perfect way to start the day. Definitely recommend this hotel if you’re visiting Caborca!

Room cleanness could have been better. Ac filters haven’t been clean in a very long time. I asked for stuff to take care of it and they never came. I had to do it myself.

Los elevadores no servían, nos tocó el sexto piso y ha de a allá teníamos que subir con todo y equipaje, el piso 4 totalmente inundado de agua no se filtrada o que … el área de comedor llenísimo de moscas, imposible desayunar, incluso tuvieron que cambiar la jarra de jugo de naranja porque tenía dos moscas nadando
