No me gustó el check in, el sistema de llaves estaba fallando, y la habitación tenía mal olor. Inmediatamente salimos a cenar y reportamos el mal olor a la recepcionista pero ella tenía muy mala actitud, como si al pedirle las cosas le molestara.
A nuestro regreso ya después de las 11 pm, estaba un caballero y nos atendió súper bien, y nos acomodó inmediatamente en otra habitación. Veníamos de un viaje muy cansado y le agradezco su servicio para poder irnos a descansar.
