I thought it would be more like a hotel. No I was wrong. You’re in a residential building w private security and very safe. But no hotel services

The amenities, the attention, the location, decent rules, it had everything and beyond. I would stay here in my next visit.

The location is amazing. The apartment pictured on here was not the apartment provided. The one provided was very bare and basic and not welcoming. No One on site speaks English despite the listing stating so. Communication is weekdays only through app. No one available to assist with issues after hours or weekends. All amenities are closed and although they say can be reserved no availability and no one ever in there so seems like a farce. Way overpriced for lack of service and no amenities access. However location can’t be beat if you just want a good location to rest your head.

This location is perfect for families. Great space, great amenities, plenty of walkable establishments.

Todo muy bien, ubicación, seguridad, comodidad, confort, amenidades Solo cabe aclarar que no es un hotel, es un departamento, con las ventajas y desventajas que esto implique

El lugar y la habitacion estan exelentes, tranquilo y seguro. Solo que siempre espere llegar a un Hotel y resulto ser un Departamento (Bueno... a vivir una nueva experiencia fuera del confort de un Hotel pense!). La experiencia es positiva en general, solo que al tener problema de que la regadera del baño en la recamara no funciona no supe a quien acudir! El departamento es muy amplio y bonito, limpio y agradablemente decorado, lo recomiendo para personas que prefieran este tipo de Hospedaje a lo Hoteles.

Great place for a family! The caretakers cannot be nicer. We were able to come early and leave our luggage. The apartment looked better than the pictures! Very safe (24/7 doormen and women) and relatively quiet, big and clean. The appliances are new and upscale, they included a large container of mineral water which nicely cut down on our bottle consumption. Some problems with drain in the shower were the only negative. I would stay here again. It is right off Reforma Avenue, next to the Meridien Hotel and the inevitable Starbucks, but also a great local coffee shop and the amazing El Progresso Taco down the street. The area is a lively part of town with interesting political demonstrations, but also a lot of congestion. The Uber to the airport was only 20 minutes long. Main museums were couple of miles away. We took Uber or walked everywhere but in retrospect should have purchased the card for the Metrobus.
