Dos Mares Barefoot Luxury

La alberca tiene cero mantenimiento, sucia, con animales, las habitaciones bien a secas, está lejos de la playa y del centro … por el precio vale mil veces más la pena quedarte en “el cielo” este hotel no vale lo que cobran ; el desayuno muy desagradable preferí salir a desayunar y después entendí porque estaba tan vacío siempre el restaurante; no volvería ahí

La vacación es buena, pero tuve un inconveniente en que hubieron huéspedes inoportunos, haciendo mucho ruido en la noche borrachos y haciendo una fiesta y escándalo y gritando y cantando hasta altas horas de la noche. Cuando el concepto es para que uno descanse, lamentablemente no había nadie del personal del hotel en la noche y nos hicieron cargo hasta después de varias horas. Eso fue un problema muy fuerte que me quedó de deber y que le resta puntos al Hotel, debido a que no te garantizan que en la noche alguien supervise las operaciones o lo que sucede en las habitaciones y que no te dan una garantía de Seguridad en la noche, porque tampoco hay vigilancia, además al final me quisieron cobrar una cuenta que yo no había consumido de un desayuno que ni era mío, si yo no me doy cuenta me terminan cobrando 800 pesos y eso se me hizo un abuso y un robo el querer cobrar algo que yo ni había consumido, no me lo cobraron, pero la verdad es que fue de muy mal gusto. Además debe de tener un mejor control en los consumos de los clientes porque las cuentas no se firman, y si no están firmadas, pues no te las pueden cobrar en eso parecen un Hotel mucho más inmaduro y barato de lo que es

Personal grosero, no ay comunicacion entre ellos, el servicio deja que desear

The Price wasnt the same as mentionned on pur réservation, we tried to revues the Price but it as not possible. Overall, we paid 200-300$ more than it as suppose to. The hotel is nice and the staff are kind, we enjoyed our stay

Nos encantó el lugar pero destacamos la calidez y amabilidad del personal, todos fueron muy excepcionales y nos brindaron muy buenos consejos durante nuestra visita. Principalmente Oswaldo en la recepción.

Nice room with private pool. Sadly there was minimal customer service from the bar and restaurant staff. Breakfast very disappointing as this was only a chopped apple, pear and banana with a pice of toast. We were also told this would run until 10 30am, but when we went up at 10am it was finished. They then put together that plate after we spoke to reception. While we were eating this, the staff then came out to have their food which was a cooked egg dish and avocado with tortillas which looked a lot nicer than what we were served. Commonly the bar was unattended so difficult to get drinks as well

Bare as your foot. Luxury, where? Dos Mares markets itself as a barefoot luxury experience, but guests should know what that means in practice before booking. The staff was genuinely friendly and accommodating. However, the property feels absolutely underprepared as a hotel. Rooms are minimalist to the point of lacking basics: no seating, no TV, no safe, and no in-room WiFi — only available in the hallway, which is a significant issue for anyone needing to work remotely. Practical details worth noting: the shower has no barrier from the sleeping area, blackout curtains don't fully block light at the sides, and the terrace door lock was non-functional, leaving the room accessible from the street. We arrived to find sand on the sheets, humid bedding, and only 2 shower towels for 4 guests — no beach towels provided. Toilet paper and storage were also insufficient. The building itself has a raw, unfinished concrete aesthetic that fits the barefoot concept but may not suit all travelers. Best suited for guests who truly need nothing beyond a bed and a location.

La vista a la playa y laguna excelentes

Muy cómodas las habitaciones y la alberca del rooftop. Ideal localización para relajarse por unos dias.

Chambre correct. Mais ça manque de couleur et d eclairage, tout est gris (en ciment). Le petit déjeuner est le minimum,.

Llegamos en viernes y no había servicio de restaurant o bar, nos dijeron que abria a las 3:00 y no paso. Las habitaciones en las fotos parecen de buen tamaño y son muy pequeñas, no conviene pagar vista a la laguna pues realmente casi no se ve. Al siguiente día el desayuno estuvo delicioso y muy buena atención por parte de las señoras del restaurant
