Quiero agradecer al equipo del Holiday Inn Ciudad Obregón por hacer de cada estancia una experiencia muy agradable. Recientemente me hospedé en el hotel y, como siempre, todo estuvo excelente: las instalaciones cómodas, el ambiente tranquilo y el desayuno delicioso.
Quiero hacer una mención especial a Ariz, del área de ventas, quien siempre está presente durante mis visitas, atenta y pendiente de que todo esté bien. Su calidez, profesionalismo y dedicación hacen la diferencia. Gracias a ella nos sentimos muy bien atendidos y eso nos hace regresar con gusto cada vez.

Muy amables, pero al final la gente que va a Cd Obregón va con un propósito específico, generalmente de negocios. Saben que los vuelos son limitados, y los horarios poco prácticos, la gente llega 7:30 am, el check in es alas 16 hrs, hay un área de oportunidad de aceptar antes al huésped. Los cuartos funcionales pero sucios, hay alfombra y toallas roídas. Pocas opciones para poder trabajar en tanto dan el cuarto.
