Very nice. Feels new. The breakfast was good. Free parking. The staff was very polite and professional. Pool was nice. Close to the airport. Would definitely stay here again

This hotel is perfect! I feel safe and is super clean, different breakfast each day, really Méxican breakfast and we loved it! Rooms a bit cold but is okay for Hermosillo heat. Staff super friendly and helpful,will definitely stay here next time. Lots of restaurants and stores near and by walking distance. We liked everything! Totally recommend it!

Hello. This was a great stay for us, family of five. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The hotel facilities as well. Staff was very courteous and professional.
Not sure it anyone from the hotel will see this, but as an improvement suggestion we found the water faucet (outside of the bathroom/shower) too close to the edge of the sink. Hopefully you can move the faucet closer to the sink.
Just a minor thing but otherwise an excellent option. Thank you.

I went couple times to the front desk to ask for sugar for my coffee and they couldn’t get me any because the kitchen was closed and then the pool was very dirty and just was not a favorite place
