Quick and easy check-in. front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Room was very comfortable and walking distance to what we needed.

Habitación limpia pero las puertas muy descuidadas, la tv no servia ya que se prendía y perdía la señal se reportó en dos ocasiones y resolvieron el problema únicamente provisional pero el problema persistió.
La alberca no funcionaba aparentemente llevaba muchos días en reparación.
Y el personal debería orientar un poco más respecto a los servicios que ofrece el hotel.

So,we had ask what time was check out at the front desk she told us at noon. So we left at noon and when we got back to the states there was a extra 427 belize peso charge on our CC because we didn't check out at 11am
I honestly think this is a way for them to charge you extra.

The Almina restaurant is amazing & we enjoyed breakfast & dinner. The staff, Jesus & Emily & Dena were very helpful & friendly at all times. Pool was perfect temperature & the housekeepers were friendly & efficient.
Absolutely loved the location & the proximity to the Belize ferry. Will return next year for sure!!!!!

El hotel está muy descuidado, las toallas viejas y percudidas, baños con moho, regaderas tapadas, se daño el aire acondicionado, lo único bueno los chicos de recepción siempre atentos y me cambiaron de habitación 2 veces por falta de Internet, de agua y la habitación vieja.
