Una joya en Villahermosa pet friendly y con un staff excepcional Vine con mi mamá y mis dos perros y el Hyatt Regency Villahermosa nos recibió de maravilla. Las instalaciones son de 10 todo limpio, bien cuidado y con ese nivel de detalle que esperas de la marca. Pero lo que más nos sorprendió fue el staff: amables, atentos y genuinamente cálidos con nosotros y con los perritos. No es fácil viajar con mascotas y sentirse bienvenido en todos lados aquí sí se logra. Una experiencia que recomendamos sin dudarlo. ¡Definitivamente regresamos! 🐾

La propiedad excelente... Buena ubicación, cerca de todo, muy tranquila y en excelentes condiciones... Recepción y ama de llaves muy buen servicio... El restaurante tiene un menú MUY repetitivo y con POCOS cambios de un día para otro, es prácticamente LO MISMO... El personal de la estación de huevos al gusto muy bien... Buen sabor, buena calidad... Pero para alguien que desayuna tres días seguidos resulta MUY ABURRIDO... No tiene chilaquiles, no tiene avena, no tiene leche con chocolate, los hot cakes estuvieron quemados TODOS los días... El servicio de meseros y capitanes MUY deficiente, poca cortesía, poca atención a los detalles y con poco interés...
