It locates in the jungle, which is very near to the ruins. Staff are friendly and helpful. Swimming pool is so cool. It would be a good choice if you want to be surrounded by atmosphere of nature.

此酒店就在樹林之中，房間且面對溪流，空氣清新，喜歡親近大自然的我們十分喜歡。房間不設空調，只有吊扇，但不覺得熱（時為十月下旬）。需要改善的是清潔程度，戶內外的桌椅都不夠潔淨。我們訂的是帶私人衛浴間的房間，但check in 時卻給了我們要用公共衛浴間的，要交涉，又出示預訂的確認信才能轉換房間。

El personal es muy amable. Las instalaciones pueden mejorar, sin embargo, el trato y la cordialidad lo compensan.

El restaurante le falta variedad de platillos y más sabor. El acceso es un poco confuso, la recepción de un lado y el acceso de otro. De ahí todo súper bien, las cabañas muy limpias, la piscina agradable, las amenidades cómodas, limpias y excelente lugar para conectar con la naturaleza

Le point fort de notre voyage, tres belle endroit et bien entretenue. Le personel est super, belle piscine, le restaurant sur place est exelent, calme et paisible.

Great breakfast, resturant and bar that served drink to pool. A/C worked well in both shared room and family room.

Wonderful, somethings not available. Great staff, take cards, lovely cabañas with ac! Right beside a little stream! Listened to over 32 birds around breakfast. Morning Howler Monkey chorus! Dependable! The brown jays were noisy ,very early, during weekdays. Easy access to the Palenque ruins! Nice pool.

Lovely rustic property in beautiful jungle surroundings. The towels could be refreshed as old. The staff professional and very helpful. The pool needs to be cleaned more opten as cloudy and not smelling clean. Everyone vwry friendly, breakfasts good. Nice common kitchen but coffee maker would be nice. Iron things waste of space as no one uses in jungle. Really appreciated the house cleaning every day. The fan and air conditioning very good. Hammock very nice.

Parque nacional cerca, la hubicacion es buena. La habitación limpia pero muy básica. Cuenta con ventilador únicamente.

Die Cabanas liegen direkt gegenüber vom Ticketschalter für die Archäologische Zone, jedoch schon innerhalb dieser Zone. Von dort sind es ca. 2.5 km bis zum Eingang zu den Ruinen. Colectivos fahren direkt von dort ab, aber auch nach Palenque. Die Anlage an sich ist sehr schön, mit viel Wasser, Bäumen, kleinen Holzbrücken und Baumbestand. Ich hatte einen Bungalow mit Klimaanlage gebucht, die aber im Februar nicht nötig war. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, das Bett soweit das komfortabelste in den vergangenen 5 Wochen in Mexiko. Auch das Bad war sauber, die Toilettenspülung funktionierte ebenso wie das heisse Wasser, was beides auch in dieser Preisklasse in Mexiko nicht selbstverständlich ist. Aus dem mexikanischen Hochland kommend hatte ich hier in den Cabanas zum ersten Mal jedoch den touristischen Einfluss bemerkt, denn Palenque ist mit Bacalar nun durch den Mayazug verbunden und gehört zum erweiterten Einzugsgebiet der Yucatanreisenden: im Restaurant werden grundsätzlich 10% Trinkgeld auf die ausgewiesene Rechnung aufgeschlagen und diese dann den Gast untergejubelt. Auf Nachfrage stellt sich dann heraus, dass es sich dabei um eine Kann- und keine Mussleistung handelt. Richtig dreist wurde es jedoch, als man von den Kellnern noch obendrauf um ein Trinkgeld gebeten wurde. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist in diesem Restaurant schon von sich aus dürftig, bei einem solchen Verhalten fühlt msn sich jedoch ausgenommen und übers Ohr gehauen.

Es un lugar precioso , que está entre las ruinas y la CD DE Palenque dentro d ela Selva , lo suficientemente cerca d e ambas cosas para tener lo que necesitas y contacto con la naturaleza , muy limpio y execelente servicio . En las noches puedes ver fauna silvestre entre los pasillos , ahora se por que AMLO , se vino a Palenque

We booked our stay here based entirely on the photographs posted on their website and booking platforms. I expected the bright, spacious, and modern room shown—a clean, contemporary sanctuary. What I received was an object lesson in false advertising. ​The room we were assigned was, charitably, a cramped utility closet masquerading as a guest room. The promotional photos must have been taken using a panoramic lens and professional lighting tricks in a completely different wing of the building, if not a different decade. ​ ​This isn't a case of a slightly misleading photo; this is a deliberate deception. I felt tricked and disappointed from the moment I opened the door. If you are booking this hotel, be warned: the room you see online is not the room you will be staying in. Pay extra for a hotel that shows you what you're actually paying for. And ultimately the compensation they deemed "more then sufficient" was a meager lunch box.

Muy buena ubicación y el desayuno rico las habitaciones muy bien muy recomendable la atención muy buena y el lugar muy a gusto lo recomiendo a público en general
