Muy bonito lugar, falta mantenimiento a cabaña y a los juegos externos. Muy bonito paisaje, la atencion del personal excelente. Comunicacion a parques al pueblo muy buena. Falta internet

Es la ter rra vez que calos y nos gusta mucho el lugar, es tranquilo solo que esta vez no pasaban por la basura al dia siguiente como antes lo hacian, en general las instalaciones estan muy bien

El ambiente definitivamente NO es familiar. Había gente en la cabaña junto a la nuestra que no es a más de 20 metros (todas las cabañas están demasiado cerca unas de otras) y estas personas estaban alcoholizadas cometiendo actos que definitivamente no quería que vieran mis hijos.
Cuando fui a pedir soporte en la recepción me dijeron que no podían hacer nada ya que hasta las 11pm les podían decir que le bajaran a su relajo.
NO LO RECOMIENDO PARA FAMILIAS
Lástima, es un lugar muy bonito.

I have stayed at nicer cabins in Mazamitla. This property needs some maintenance. The cabin itself is nice but for the price I paid I would expect better. Your cell phone will not work here, there is no signal or wifi. When you need to contact family or plan for the day it is impossible. Other important examples are the dishes are chipped the stove had 2 burners that were faulty and the cabin needs better lighting. I did like the comfortable beds and extra blankets as well as having a living room with a fireplace. My daughter enjoyed the playground, especially the tree house.

Lo bueno: el fraccionamiento donde se encuentra la cabaña es muy bonito y está en muy buenas condiciones.
Lo regular: No llega la señal de compañías celulares, así que si la idea no es desconectar totalmente del mundo, entonces no es un lugar para visitar. El fraccionamiento cuenta con internet con cargo extra, sin embargo, la disponibilidad depende de las condiciones climáticas.
Lo malo: La cabaña, se nota que le falta mucho mantenimiento. También, el área de asador no cuenta con algún techo por lo que si está lloviendo es casi imposible utilizarlo. Además, en la carga de leña no nos dejaron ocote o combustible y fue imposible encenderla.
Lo peor: La limpieza, en el piso del baño y la regadera había bastante cabello. Las toallas solo estaban limpias las de encima, las demás aparte de oler mal, se veían sucias. Las cobijas que se guardan en el closet estaban muy sucias pero no olían a humedad o tierra sino a mugre.
