The buffet was horrible! Good luck getting a reservation at the restaurants. The hotel is showing its age. Paid for all inclusive but had to leave the hotel for all meals. Get a Airbnb or just go to a different hotel. Don’t waste your money!! The staff was rude and didn’t care to help. The lady at the reservation deck should look for a new job!!!

Todo muy bien alimentos y bebidas , servicio al huésped, lo recomiendo ampliamente

The room was clean. The staff was very nice, beach view was amazing, we had a very hard time with the key cards, they only worked sometimes, had to get help a few times to let us in, food was just ok

Bonita vista

Este hotel tiene hermosas Vistas al mar y mucha ventilación ❤️

Era una habitación planta baja con vista al jardin, alberca y mar, la pasamos increible, buena comida y buen ambiente.

Didn’t get towels until we asked for them 3 times, Rooms were dirty mainly the bathrooms , food was not the best but also not the worst.. pool is too small for the sizes of the hotel, bars did not open until after 11am and drinks where not that good.. night shows were good.. interteinment during the days was so so… overl all expensive for what we got..

This hotel needs to be upgraded. You can tell that nothing has been done in a long time. The card to the room wouldn’t work. The shower didn’t have a shower head. I had been at this hotel when it had a different name and that was a 5 star hotel back in the day. The current hotel is like a 3 star. It is deteriorating.

Beach is beautiful and location perfect, may need some improvements on the Italian restaurant. Mexican food was delicious.

Great hotel overall but i wouldn’t rate it a 4 star hotel. At best is a top 3-star hotel. Food is decent but could be better. Prices are way to high and offer little accommodations for guests.

El personal deja bastante que desear, no saludan. En la habitación éramos 4 personas solo nos dejaron 2 toallas pedimos 2 toallas extras y nunca llegaron al día siguiente volvimos a pedir las toallas en la mañana y llegaron en la tarde. La comida es regular. El día del check in encontramos la caja de seguridad cerrada (cosa que ellos no revisaron) y cuando solicitamos el apoyo nos llamaron la atención por no saberla usar y nos querían hacer un cobro extra por ese servicio. El mar súper increíble, lo mejor del viaje.

Al llegar la habitación guardaba olor a humedad, abrí los ventanales un rato y ya está. Y otro motivo no muy agradable es que me tocó el turno de aseo de la habitación por la tarde, justo a la hora de la siesta de mi esposo que es adulto mayor.
