Business trip! The reason to pick this hotel since it's so closed to El Marquis Industrial Business Park. My co-worker from Japan and me (USA) both love the service here!! The room size is super huge!! We booked 2 rooms, and each room has 2 Queen-size bed. Staff is super nice and friendly here. A young man Ivan speaks English and he gives really good hands and tips about our questions. There's a hotel connected taxi driver named Alrando, we uses him as our driver at all time, he's in good help and friendly too. Love the design and size of this hotel, the only problem is the shower head in the bathroom, a bit weak and outdated. Remember to take temperature controal unit for your air conditioner!!! We forgot to ask so the air conditioning was very strong at night. The only concern is the flies in the restaurant, since it's the only breakfast choice, and it's better if they can shut the door and turn on the air conditioner. Well, it's Queretaro in Mexico, you have to bear lots of things!! Will come back for business trip, but be aware nothing around this hotel, if you want to go to downtown Queretaro, it's $250 peso and takes about 20 mins.

The AC works and the property feels relatively safe. It is close to the QRO airport, and relatively quiet despite being so close to the highway. The TV works. Other than that, this was a motel level of quality, falsely marketed as a hotel (even more laughable, it purports to be a "resort"). The pool looked very dirty and half of the lights in our room (including the bathroom) were too dim to even be used. I would not stay here any longer than one night to catch an early flight at the airport.

La habitación está muy bien. El problema fueron las instalaciones recreativas. La alberca estaba sucia y el GYM algunos aparatos no estaban habilitados. El servicio de internet era pésimo y no hay nada alrededor para cenar.

It was very nice to park in front of my room.

We stayed at the property to make an early flight the following day. I chose this property based on photos and reviews with my family including 2 kids. The pictures are very deceiving and so is the description. Check in staff was very helpful for our needs and restaurant staff very kind with good food. The amenities are not there, the property is basically a ghost town. The pool was closed and has algae, one of the main reasons I chose this hotel is for my kids to enjoy a day before traveling so we left San Miguel de Allende a day early to avoid potential traffic to airport for very early flight. The restaurant closes at 3pm and there is NOTHING close by-15 min walk up highway was closest shop to grab some snacks. The "game room" consists of an old pool table and non working air hockey table located in the restaurant that closes at 3pm. The room itself was quite large, but AC only available in one of the rooms (and it dripped on the bed), the floors were very dirty and things were generally dusty. We could not sleep because of the smell- this seems to be a problem in the area but really bad at night- like unbearable wakes you up and is foul. It was beyond a disappointment- it was terrible and leaving felt like escaping.

The hotel is on the main highway about 20 min to the airport and is convenient for early morning departures. It is not a luxury resort. Bathroom had a sewer smell. No nearby food options.

Pool was green, no gym, no restaurant, no game room. All these things are listed with photos on Expedia but the photos must have been from 20+ years ago. Felt like a scam.

Pesimo en temas de limpieza, precio / calidad pésima inversión

El hotel parece abandonado. El olor a orina dentro de la habitación era agobiante. Las duchas tienen una luz tétrica. No recomendable

Definitivamente no es opción para hospedaje, solamente vale la pena la atención del personal al cliente, alberca sin poder usar a causa de ningún mantenimiento, sin servicio de vapor, mala iluminación en recamaras, se cala mucho ruido en las habitaciones y la parte de abajo de la habitación muy fría por las noches.

The room was beautiful and the reception staff were very good, but the hotel sits right next to the highway and it's very noisy.

The hotel looked like it was abandoned when we pulled up - all lights were off, no sign that anyone was there - so we left and stayed elsewhere.
