The restaurant is really good....

El personal amable siempre, el desayuno esta rico, no muy abundante pero sabroso. Me gustó su ubicación. Lo que me sorprendió fue que te cobran por darte la habitación antes, si esta disponible y asi lo quieres. O te tienes que esperar hasta el horario establecido.

Generally was clean but the building needs some remodeling with creaky doors and leaky bathroom fixtures. I think it’s a decent place to stay with good breakfast just a little outdated.

Creo que el mejor hotel en Chetumal, pero le falta mantenimiento…

Everything was ok. Check-in ok. Not early but not late. Room ok. Quiet. Convenient location. Wish that the pool stayed open a bit longer. 20:00 closure seems early for adults especially when there were 0 kids staying there. :( Amenities ok. Breakfast ok. Parking very convenient. Check out ok.

This hotel needs a total renovation. Not Tryp expected level.

La propiedad si acepta mascotas

Si te cobran 400 por noche por la mascota creo que es válido que el lugar debe ser amplio ,porque si ellos fueran mascotas están muy achocados o mínimo tener un área para ellos que valga la pena los 400 que se cobran ,luego la persona encargada de abrir el portón si salías pésimo trato se le preguntó si estaba lleno el estacionamiento y con actitud mala te contesta y luego fuimos por nuestra cuenta y habían tres estacionamientos vacíos,el desayuno de buffet es lo mismo todos los días ni siquiera hacen algo por variarlo y la atención es pasables,por lo que se paga es mejor ir a otro hotel que si valga la pena incluso para tu mascota

El baño lo sirve

Easy access to the key areas in Chetumal. Roomy free parking. Good queen beed room. Bathroom need a little rework (water flush in toilett is very slow). Good event during our stay (Jewelery promo and wholesale feom vendor coming from Puebla) We purchased some items with good price. Hot breakfast was good (eggs, some fruits, coffee, milk, bread, etc). Easy to walk to the beautiful Shoreline boulevard amd tle the water taxi to BELIZE.

Hotel con excelente ubicación frente al malecón y el centro de Chetumal, amplio estacionamiento, habitaciones amplias y con todas las comodidades y alberca techada

El hotel es bonito, está bien para un anoche si estás de paso y tiene caminando el malecón lo que en la noche permite ir a cenar ahí, no hay muchos comercios por ahí pero caminando llegas al museo maya y el antiguo mercado

Definitely the location, the room was clean, the staff was friendly and very welcoming.

The hotel was very clean staff was friendly the only thing I did like was that I had to pay for early check in so when I return from my Belize excursion I will book a nother hotel
