Habitación descuidada, lavabo con moho, la ropa de cama con manchas, se descompuso el interruptor de luz y estuve batallando media mañana, me desactivaron la tarjeta de ingreso 1 día antes, la televisión no es smart, el sistema de cable se congelaba, en restaurante la comida de calidad medía . El personal excelente amables con mucha disponibilidad.

Staff were extremely courteous. Cleaning was not done properly. When some of the used glasses were left on table, they continued to be there and not replaced with new ones. Water in the shower is not strong and door for bathroom could not be easily closed. We were supposed to get free breakfast. First day there was a buffet but for rest of the days, they didnt serve buffet as they said they didnt have enough people to make it a buffet. We ended up getting just coffee, bread and just some fruits. Need to be more thoughtful especially if you are in the hospitality business.

Podrían mejorar con la limpieza de las habitaciones, les falta detalle en la limpieza, se nota que solo tendían la cama, pero el baño no lo limpian todos los días y sobre todo el piso, estaba sucio. Otro detalle es que quitaron el frigo bar.
