El clima de la habitación 901 no funcionaba, reportamos desde que llegamos en 3 ocasiones, fueron a revizar pero no solucionaron el problema. No nos cambiaron de habitación por que no tenian mas habitaciones disponibles.

El servicio del staff es muy bien pero la higiene de la habitación fue terrible.
Había chinches (bed bugs) en la cama.
Cuando llegué noté que había un animalito sobre las sábanas y lo retiré sin darle mucha importancia.
Más tarde vi otro en el piso y tampoco le di importancia.
Tres días después me llené de piquetes y ronchas en brazos, espalda, piernas y manos.
Obviamente los animales eran chinches.
Me parece terrible que un hotel de esa cadena tenga chinches en la habitación.
Intenté solucionarlo por medio de expedia pero no recibí ninguna respuesta por parte del hotel.
