when I take a shower, I heard a phone call at about 14:00 and 24:00. The second time when I pick up the phone. No voice ......... My feelling no good.

Staff was limited. Free breakfast was awful. Room not clean. Please choose another hotel

Breakfast is included but it wasn't very good. There is no handicapped access at the entrance.

넓은 면은 좋지만 설비는 오래 되어서 화장실 플러슁에 문제가 있어 밤에 물이 흐르는 소리가 한동안 났으며 아침 식사는 정갈하지만 공간은 협소하고 좌석이 적어서 다소 적응하기 어려운 분위기가 있었어요. 하지만 다시 방문할 마음은 있으며 레스토랑은 참 넓고 좋았습니다.

Our room was huge! We were upgraded to a suite so we had more than ample room to stretch out. Bed was comfy and bathroom well-appointed (no skimping on the marble, that's for sure.) However, although they've made efforts to keep things up, the carpet was in pretty sad condition to the point I felt reluctant to put anything clean on the floor. Red wine stains throughout the room and pretty grunge-y around the edges. Please replace, Bishrelt. The complimentary breakfast was excellent with good choices and the front desk staff were very helpful. Overall, a great value for the money and we had a good rest after a very hectic two weeks out on the steppe. Would stay again.

This is a great neighborhood.

Worst experience I've ever had travelling abroad. I paid for the breakfast but every morning it was either late (it was supposed to be served at 7am but never happened before 8.30am) or not available. It was impossible to adjust room temperature, there were old seprate taps in the shower and most personell didn't speak English. One night some strangers entered my room with another key: the day after I asked the reception to check what happened (there was CCTV) but they did nothing.

The hotel doesn’t look like much from the outside but inside it is beautifully decorated! The rooms are spacious and well equipped with a mini bar and toiletries. Unfortunately the adjacent restaurant “The Embassy” doesn’t stay open late enough for dinner but there are plenty of great options within walking distance.

오래된 호텔이지만 전반적으로 청결합니다. 그럭저럭 지낼만 합니다.

방청소는 사인 걸어놓으면 안먹히고 꼭 데스크에 말해야 합니다. 어메니티는 평범한데 샤워가운 세탁상태가 영 별로네요. 하지만 호텔 위치가 모든 단점을 덮음.

Stayed for 5 days. Room was spacious, clean and nice, carpet and bed was comfortable. Somehow toilet had no toilet brush, did not know how to clean it after lol. Breakfast was so so. All in all it was good.

위치는 좋으나 오래된 건물에 낡은 실내. 수도꼭지도 나사가 빠지고, 욕조 마개도 작동이 잘 안 됨. 직원은 친절함.

Tyylikäs ja ylellinen kylpyhuone kullanvärisine hanoineen ja erikoisuutena lasi-ikkuna huoneen ja kylpyhuoneen välillä. Erittäin hyvin siivottu päivittäin.

My go to place in Ulaan Bataar, I come about once a year for the past ten years. Property improves each time. Staff remembers me.

Excellent hotel with antique atmosphere and reasonable price.

호텔은 자그만 했지만 중심가 국영백화점에서 가깝고 무엇보다도 시설이 소박하고 정갈하여 매우 만족하게 지냈다. 조용한 고급 호텔을 찾는 분에게 안성맞춤이다.

Bar and restaurant staff were poorly trained with no idea about “Customer Service”. I ordered a soup to be followed by a Steak dish. Both delivered at the same time. Soup was inedible. Steak and accompanying vegetables were stone cold. Getting service or a reponse was almost impossible. Staff spent more time talking and dealing with their own issues rather than deal with customers. Would use Accommodation again but would not waste any of my money in the restaurant or bar.
